Rosen Vacations reviews in Florida

“Great home, not perfect, but an absolute gem for Airbnb. Huge yard, plenty of parking, comfortable spaces inside, nice pool area, quiet. Probably one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever rented and I stay in them a lot.”

“Very nice house and really convenient to everything.”

“Texting after we left to say “if there are any issues please tell me here before any reviews are made so we can correct the issue” and then not responding for hours is crazy. It was a 30 minute wait to get checked in because the lock box was not working. Was trying to wait to see what the refund was or anything to “correct” … but here we are … and the shower is 2 feet wide. Meaning my shoulder was touching the wall and the other shoulder was touching the glass door. The actual main issue was that we needed to sign a whole new contract that said “all previous agreements are null and void.” I am sure air bnb is not aware and also sure that’s illegal. Wtf is the point of this app?????”

“Mai Tai unit 3 was delightful! The unit is as described and pictured and was particularly clean throughout. We loved the living space, bathrooms and kitchen. The 2-story, screened-in pool, hot tub and outdoor living space were wonderful! So nice to have access to the washer and dryer. The neighborhood is fresh following the hurricane with continuing new construction on the street. The walk to the beach was reasonable - it helped to have a wagon provided to take beach items to the beautiful Ft Myers beach! We enjoyed the table and chairs on the screened in lanai. FYI - if you plan to cook in, you will need to provide your own salt, pepper, spices, sugar, coffee, tea and cooking spray. Paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods and laundry soap were provided. Also, bring your own Kleenex.”

“Our family had a fabulous time. The beach is just a short walk away. We enjoyed the caged in pool. This kept the mosquitoes away. Highly recommend staying here.”
