“Overall: meh. Not the easiest to locate in the evening, if you arrive then. The only two redeeming qualities are the beach gear/proximity to the beach and the pool. Host communicated well until I had a discrepancy with the listing (something listed but not provided). I raised the issue with the host. Host had poor communication and resolution. If I did it all again, I would spend a little bit extra elsewhere for a sound stay.”

“Rosenvacations offers quite a few accomodation options on Sanibel. They are well organized, communicate well and the description of their properties matches the reality. Only issue is: when you pay over €210 per night you expect everything to be perfect. This is seldom the case. All issues are minor though. Low water pressure, items from a previous renter under the bed, etc. We visited Sanibel in previous years and were eager to actually live on the island for a few days. We are happy we did it.”
