“The place was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay overall. There are a few things that could use some attention and improvement, which we already discussed directly with the host. The host was receptive to our feedback, although response times were sometimes a little slow. Hopefully, the few concerns we mentioned will be addressed for future guests. Overall, it was a very nice and comfortable place to stay.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious, the location was great, and being just a short walk from the beach was a huge plus. We especially enjoyed the pool and ended up having it to ourselves during our stay! There were a few cleaning and maintenance items that could use some attention. The sunroom couch had a few stains, the bathroom sink drained very slowly, the ice maker didn’t work for the first, and the extra pillows had no pillowcases and were noticeably yellowed. We also found a baby rattle left in the shower and goggles in the pool…not a big deal, but they added to the feeling that some things had been overlooked between guests. We didn’t contact Palmer during our stay because none of these issues were significant enough to disrupt our trip or required immediate attention. Overall, we had a great time!”

“Amazing house, kitchen was stocked with all the necessary appliances, pots and pans and dishes! Mattresses and bedding are high quality! House is big and specious, it has a big loft with game table, as well as foosball table downstairs. Pool was great, plenty of sun lounges and outdoor sitting. Host was amazing, was able to accommodate a party of 11 on a very short notice( we had to move out of a previous Airbnb because of multiple issues in the house). This house had an over abundance of pool towels and bath towels that were new and of good quality which made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend this property for a big group!”
