Southern Vacation Rentals in Rosemary Beach, Florida

“Honestly, the house in the location were great. My only problem is with southern vacation rentals as a company. We were allowed to check in a few minutes early because we had all happened to show up early. We were let in with no problem and met with the foul smell of Stillwater that had been sitting in the washer for I don’t know how many days, but it was not a great smell. I reached out to the host immediately after finding trash and food in the couch cushions they responded quickly and informed me that they would send their property manager out. it took them three days to send the property manager out for the couch and the washer was never fixed and we had to stay with the smell the entire time. and also the listing while the mistake is understandable is incorrect. It states that there is two bunkbeds there is not there is only one set of bunkbeds.”

“Keypad was broken and was not able to get into the house at checkin. Property management was very responsive and sent out a crew within a few hours to change the lock. The house had many maintenance issues during our stay, all of which were addressed but it was annoying. Oven wasn't usable due to grease build up with smoke when turned on. AC unit leaked from 3rd floor down to 2nd floor. The Keurig machine was broken. The dryer wasn't usable due to sand and lent build up in the vent. I expected more from a house that is a significant price. The main kitchen and living area is quite small for such a large house that sleeps so many. Beds are comfortable. Great location. Would definitely stay in Seacrest area again but wouldn't stay at this specific house again.”

“Great location, walkable to many areas. The pool was wonderful and loved the Sea Crest area. Not happy with Southern Vacation rentals after checkout. They requested payment for a lamp that wasn't there when we arrived and a refrigerator drawer that was broken when we got there. Would definitely rent in that area again but not that company.”

“The house was beautiful! However, we did not have enough "essential supplies" such as trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. For the amount we paid for the house, I felt like they should supply enough essential household products to last us for 3 days. Instead, we had to go to the grocery to buy toilet paper and trash bags.”
