“The condominium was GREAT! All of the staff around were delightful! Terrific location. lovely area. Walkable to the beach and restaurants, etc. Crabby Steve's by the beach was fantastic. The pool is pretty, clean and lovely! The management was very helpful, responsive and helped us navigate any questions we had. The beds were okay but could stand a little upgrade for comfort. A few small improvements to details provided in the condo would make a big impact and would have been helpful but, overall, the place was a wonderful place to stay. We were very pleased, overall, and would absolutely consider staying here again!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home itself was beautiful, very well maintained, and exactly as described. The team was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. The only issue we ran into—and something I think is important for future guests to know—is related to pets. While the property is pet-friendly, the beach in Rosemary Beach is not. Local regulations do not allow dogs on the beach at all, even on a leash, including for simple walks in the morning or evening. As someone not from the area, I wasn’t aware of this policy, and I do think it would be very helpful if this was clearly highlighted in the listing (for example, in bold or emphasized text), especially for guests traveling with pets. The only nearby beach we found that allowed dogs was in Panama City Beach. Had I known this in advance, I likely would have chosen to stay closer to a dog-friendly beach for convenience.”

“It’s clear a lot of care goes into keeping this place in top shape. The space felt fresh, clean, and inviting the moment we walked in. The location is perfect..right on the beach, making it so easy to relax and enjoy the water without any hassle, especially with a toddler. Such a beautiful view! We will def be back!”

“Exactly like the photos. Private and beautiful views..the walk to the beach is a long boardwalk with multiple steps so be prepared if you are older or unable to walk long distance. It will take about 5 mins to walk from the front door to the sand! Clean!”
