“Cozy/spacious and clean house. Walkable to Rosemary and alys shops and restaurants. Pool was very nice. Beach tram is easy - but unfortunately beach is one small section of private beach that you can’t set up tents on/is covered in paid rental chairs and umbrellas (not host’s fault, just heads up). From prior reviews - AC a bit uneven but generally fine.”

“We’ve been to Seacrest Beach multiple times, but this was our first time staying in this house. The location is great; just a short walk to the pool and surrounding shops and restaurants. The house itself is cute and functional, but needs some TLC. The stove top was cracked, and in my opinion, slightly dangerous as you could cut yourself. In addition, the house does not have dual zone HVAC and there was at times a 10 to 15° temperature difference between floors making it difficult for everyone to be comfortable when sleeping.”

“Perfect long weekend away. Great location and very clean. The only thing that I wanted to note for others is there there WAS a Pack & Play in one of the main bedroom closets!! I scoured the reviews and place info and it was not listed anywhere if there was a place for a baby to sleep so I went ahead and rented one separately - so as of March 2026 - there is one on available for upcoming renters looking at this property! It was the perfect size for our family getaway.”

“The house was okay but the management team at Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals did an extremely poor job. We had cold water for showers 4 out of the 5 days we stayed in this house. I sent a message for the work order on Tuesday and they sent a plumber 3 days later on Friday to fix it. The team at Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals, specifically the lady I spoke to was dismissive and condescending. They tried to refund me $300 for a vacation home that cost $3000 which was insulting. I told them to keep it and that I won’t rent from them again. If I was the owner of this home, I would dump the management team at Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals. And as a note to Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals, I wouldn’t let the lady I spoke to handle any further customer service related issues. She’s not equipped for this, as she was extremely insulting, dismissive and condescending.”
