“We had a great stay on Sandpine Loop. Small, quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The house was great and we enjoyed the game room. The only complaint is the company controls the thermostat remotely. We’d wake up in the middle of the night sweating, or return to the house and it was 76 degrees inside. Easy to adjust but even that was on a timer, very frustrating. The dresser in the bunk room needs an anti-tip anchor installed, we recommended to the company. It’s large and heavy and in a room meant for children. We would not allow our kids to play in there unattended due to the risk of unknowing toddlers who like to climb so that was an unexpected stressor and hopefully will be addressed. Clean, comfortable home. Loved it. Not sure why there there are nearly no reviews on Airbnb. Maybe people book directly or use VRBO more. I hesitated to book due to lack of reviews but so glad we did!”

“Perfect location, great private beach access, 0.36 mile walk down a boardwalk to the beach, house was large enough for our family of 11, we did have to accommodate sleeping due to the bunk beds only fitting those under 100lbs ( also in a loft area with no door and spiral staircase) we did not read about this ahead of time, a bedroom upstairs needs a new mattress it sinks into the middle making it very difficult to sleep, the neighborhood was great and had a lot of amenities, overall a pleasant experience!”
