“The house was in an okay condition overall and had a great location. It was easy to find and conveniently located close to the shops and restaurants in both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. That said, the house is showing quite a bit of wear and is in need of some repairs and updating. Several light fixtures did not work and outlets need attention, the carpets were quite dirty and appear to be ready for replacement, and some of the furniture was noticeably worn. The bunk bed was also extremely creaky, to the point that we ended up sleeping with fans on for background noise to help drown out the squeaking. A few of the bikes also needed repairs. We also noticed a “For Sale” sign in front of the property during our stay, which may explain some of the deferred maintenance. The location is definitely a positive, but the house would benefit from some significant maintenance, cleaning, and updating to make the stay more comfortable.”

“The house is more like a condo. It was nice but needs maintenance. The faucet is broken, the garbage disposal is broken, there are fruit flies everywhere, it needs a new paint ( pretty much every wall is scuffed). Overall it was decent but pretty disappointing for our first visit to 30a. We wouldn’t recommend the area if you’re planning to go the beach often. Also, the Big Chill is not a scene for couples. Would only recommend for families with young children since the dj plays baby shark type songs for most of the night. Not trying to be super negative, I just wish I knew all of this before booking a week in this location.”

“Great place to stay. Place is extremely gorgeous and the location is incredible and close to everything. we went for a bachlorette trip and had a blast but also seemed like such a family friend area that i'd go back with my family for more fun. Only thing i'd change is that a lot of the outlets in the property did not work and it did get quite hot upstairs compared to downstairs but overall incredible property i'd stay again!”
