We had a nice stay overall; the condo is perfectly located in Rosemary for easy access to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Additionally, the condo interior was clean and looks like the pictures, the beds were comfortable, and as a plus - there were a ton of beach chairs and towels to use - (although the description says otherwise). Unfortunately, there were a couple areas we felt did not meet our expectations considering the price of this rental. There are several light bulbs out - specifically ones in bathrooms over the mirrors causing poor or no lighting, we found only one smart TV set up in the small living room - all other TV's either didn't work or only pulled up a local directory of shows, there was pepper in both the salt & pepper shaker (no salt at all), the back door to the building by the parking spot never opened for us, and check out was at 9am (UGH) with expectations to take out all garbage, pull the towels, start the dishes, etc. Just made for a stressful departure!

The house was very comfortable and clean. Felt at home. Plenty of things to do in the area or a short bike ride away. The family seemed to really enjoy the game room in the garage.

We really enjoyed the space and the iconic views of the Rosemary Square. You are facing directly into the square and the Post Office. There were a lot of weddings and bachelorette groups when we went in April which was fun to watch from the balcony. The pricing would be considered on the more expensive end for the average person but we really enjoyed the location and convenience. As for the actual Airbnb unit, the management company did a great job of making sure you have everything you need such as linens and some toiletries as well and laundry detergent. This would be great for a smaller family. They had a lot of board games to keep the kids entertained. It’s a little weird that the children’s bunk beds were located right inside the front door as it seems they converted the entryway “mud room” into bunk beds to increase occupancy capabilities. Overall, very nice home and we would definitely stay here again.

The location is wonderful and we enjoyed the easy access to restaurants and loved people watching from the balconies. We had a baby with us and were glad we packed two sound machines because the town bell rings on the hour and could have woken her if we didn’t have sound machines going. The blinds and curtains truly kept all the light out during nap time as well. The two bedrooms are spaced out nicely for privacy. Kitchen was nicely stocked with helpful things like ziplocks, press n seal wrap, etc. Good water pressure/temperature for multiple showers back to back. Unit was very clean with nice furnishings, games and a few beach chairs/beach wagon, etc. The host was very responsive! We look forward to visiting again soon!
