Beach Habitats 30A's guest rating of 4.65 is below average and may adversely impact performance. “Absolutely fantastic house. Been to Watercolor several times of the past 10 years. This was the best experience in the best location cannot have asked for anything more. Looking forward to our next visit.”airbnb

“The location, layout and amenities were great; however for what we paid we did not expect to run into an ant problem. Also, we were surprised by the amount of beach towels, I think only 6 were provided.”airbnb

“This place is PERFECT! Tons of space for a multi-generational family vacation. Easy walk to the beach, plus the wagon was a huge help! The ocean view from the balcony was the cherry on top. Our group couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved this space. We hope to return soon!”airbnb

“We had a nice stay overall; the condo is perfectly located in Rosemary for easy access to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Additionally, the condo interior was clean and looks like the pictures, the beds were comfortable, and as a plus - there were a ton of beach chairs and towels to use - (although the description says otherwise). Unfortunately, there were a couple areas we felt did not meet our expectations considering the price of this rental. There are several light bulbs out - specifically ones in bathrooms over the mirrors causing poor or no lighting, we found only one smart TV set up in the small living room - all other TV's either didn't work or only pulled up a local directory of shows, there was pepper in both the salt & pepper shaker (no salt at all), the back door to the building by the parking spot never opened for us, and check out was at 9am (UGH) with expectations to take out all garbage, pull the towels, start the dishes, etc. Just made for a stressful departure!”airbnb

“Great stay! House looked like the photos. Cozy and super comfortable beds. We do wish there would have been more supplies for the stay- it should probably be calculated based on how large the house is with the amount of bathrooms etc. Pristine clean!”airbnb

“** read this review before booking with this host ** hope it helps others. The unit became uninhabitable after check in due to major plumbing and sewage issues. Water backed up, we were told not to use any plumbing at all, and multiple plumbers plus the HOA confirmed the problem was in the building’s main line. The host instructed us to leave and book a hotel, because the home wasn’t safe to stay in. We were traveling with three young children, and the situation was extremely stressful. After we left, the host made claims that didn’t match what the repair teams told us. He was confrontational in front of my children. And lied to attempt to get reimbursed & not honor refunding our stay. Additionally, a/c broken, dishes dirty, and “essentials” (ample toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc) not provided per listing at check-in. I do not recommend this house/host based our experience and the serious habitability issues we encountered and the poor integrity /character of the host”airbnb

“Pros: We had a great overall experience at this property. The home is beautifully furnished and well-equipped, and the heated pool was a huge hit with the kids. The location is a major highlight—directly across from a public beach access and within easy walking distance to Seaside, which made getting around very convenient. Cons: One thing to be aware of is that 30A can get quite congested, so there is some noticeable road noise at times. Additionally, it seems there may be ongoing issues with bike theft in the area. Although all bikes were present and securely locked at the time of our departure, we were later notified that one was “missing” and are currently being charged for it. Given the known issues of ongoing theft in the area and the host’s current policy to transfer the financial responsibility to their renters, we will not be returning.”airbnb
