“Lovely home in a nice, quiet community. The home is beautiful and has everything you need for a vacation. We loved using the golf cart for trips to the beach or downtown area -- each about 10 minutes away. The community itself is lovely, with sidewalks, a bike path to the beach, sidewalks, and nice pool. The house is perfect -- rooms are large with comfortable beds. We would recommend and would love to return!”

“We had a great stay here! We loved Watercolor and all the accommodations. The house was beautiful and massive- only downside is that some of the hardwood was buckling very badly in a few spots on the main level which was trip hazard for our young kids. Otherwise, fantastic place though!”

“Great stay! House looked like the photos. Cozy and super comfortable beds. We do wish there would have been more supplies for the stay- it should probably be calculated based on how large the house is with the amount of bathrooms etc. Pristine clean!”

“** read this review before booking with this host ** hope it helps others. The unit became uninhabitable after check in due to major plumbing and sewage issues. Water backed up, we were told not to use any plumbing at all, and multiple plumbers plus the HOA confirmed the problem was in the building’s main line. The host instructed us to leave and book a hotel, because the home wasn’t safe to stay in. We were traveling with three young children, and the situation was extremely stressful. After we left, the host made claims that didn’t match what the repair teams told us. He was confrontational in front of my children. And lied to attempt to get reimbursed & not honor refunding our stay. Additionally, a/c broken, dishes dirty, and “essentials” (ample toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc) not provided per listing at check-in. I do not recommend this house/host based our experience and the serious habitability issues we encountered and the poor integrity /character of the host”

“Pros: We had a great overall experience at this property. The home is beautifully furnished and well-equipped, and the heated pool was a huge hit with the kids. The location is a major highlight—directly across from a public beach access and within easy walking distance to Seaside, which made getting around very convenient. Cons: One thing to be aware of is that 30A can get quite congested, so there is some noticeable road noise at times. Additionally, it seems there may be ongoing issues with bike theft in the area. Although all bikes were present and securely locked at the time of our departure, we were later notified that one was “missing” and are currently being charged for it. Given the known issues of ongoing theft in the area and the host’s current policy to transfer the financial responsibility to their renters, we will not be returning.”
