“We stayed here for a girls’ trip to celebrate a 40th birthday, and we absolutely loved the area! We felt incredibly safe, which was a huge plus, and the location was so convenient. It was a quick walk or tram ride to the beach. We didn’t expect to use the tram much, but it ended up being really convenient, especially in the heat. There was so much to do within walking distance, including restaurants, shopping, and the beach, so we barely needed a car. The rental itself was clean and comfortable, although it was clear that it is a rental property, and some of the furniture and rugs were a bit worn. Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely love to stay here again!”

“Perfect location and beautiful home! Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Beach tram was great for getting to the beach. The house is huge and we loved the pool. Hot tub worked great for us. Cons include the lack of supplies at the house- there were no cleaning supplies. Only one kitchen trash bag and one roll of TP in each bathroom. There were soap dispensers in some of the bathrooms but they were empty. No one wants to purchase or pack trash bags for a 4 night vacation especially when paying close to 1k/night. Adding these simple amenities would help in keeping the house clean and make the house cleaners job easier. Additionally when all us girls were getting ready at the same time we kept tripping the breaker. A full length mirror in the bedrooms would also be nice.”

“30A location is good. However, I’ll encourage visitors to check for other neighboring homes in the same neighborhood and there are ample other homes. Reason being - this home is not being maintained effectively. Living room sofa is badly stained, mold on front door & in 1 bathroom, floor was dusty & food crumbs in kitchen. Dishwasher broke in the middle of our stay. They had similar review 10 months ago which our group ignored assuming it might be 1 off case but we were totally wrong. Take your chances if you are up for surprises & challenges during your vacation.”
