“Unit was very nice and it was great for our family of four. Building has a restaurant on property for breakfast and lunch. Highly recommend. Walking to Rosemary Beach and Seacrest was easy.”

“The condo was pretty nice, but a little outdated. We did get a really good deal on it for the week we stayed, however I'm not sure we would have paid the full price otherwise. When we arrived at our checkin time, the door was wide open and one of the beds was not made. The maid showed up at 5PM (1 hour after checkin) with the extra sheet for the bed. We also noticed the agitator in the washer wasn't working, leaving soap on all of our clothes and towels because we weren't made aware beforehand. When I let the host know, they said it would be fixed the next day but no one came. The wifi that was originally gave to us also did not work and when I let the host know, we were given a completely different wifi, which thankfully did work. However, the host and co-host were both quick and easy to communicate with, which I did appreciate. The area is also very nice, safe and walkable. Overall, we are decently happy with our stay and would stay here again for the discounted price we got it for.”

“We will not stay here again; it's too close to the main intersection of Hwy 98 and 30A so very busy traffic and to be so close to Rosemary Beach luxury, it felt disappointing. Pros - it's first floor/easy access, the bed was comfortable, condo well equipped, lots of clean towels, everything worked, lots of extra box fans, nice pool. Cons - The condo is very small in the public spaces - kitchen and living room; barely room to walk around . But the bedrooms and bathrooms are huge in comparison. The corner of the living room rug is curled up and stiff so we tripped over it multiple times. It's on the main path into the living room so it's a nuisance. Most of all, the exterior of the complex is unfinished on all patios and construction waste bins are in the parking lot.”
