“Our stay was fantastic, but did unfortunately include several unnecessary or otherwise undisclosed expenses. The unit, amenities and location of the unit are exactly as described. We have stayed in these buildings before and knew exactly what to expect- the description does not disappoint. Unfortunately the unit does require a preliminary “tenant evaluation” application at the cost of $50-$100. This process is described as necessary but is entirely the opposite. Upon questioning the added expense, we were told it was a “new requirement”. As we learned, this was untrue. We paid for and completed the initial application (don’t pay for the express service) but have yet to satisfy their additional application requirements - and yet we’re able to check in, stay and fully utilize the unit and amenities. Additionally, 2 free parking spots are advertised as included, but valet is mandatory and includes a $100 charge. These costs are fair, but should be made clear at from start”
