However, I would like to say that Villatel was responsive and took care of all of my issues expeditiously with superb service and the technicians were not disruptive while addressing any issues. Of all my stays in Reunion, Villatel provided me with the best service I have ever received!! I actually look forward to staying in other properties managed by Villatel because they were absolutely amazing. Additionally, the property looks way better than what is presented by the pictures. The hosts were excellent, too; they were very responsive to any questions or requests we had during our stay, which really added to our peace of mind.
