“Overall, the house was nice. Unfortunately, we were told that renovations would be completed months in advance prior to our stay. Cabinets in the kitchen had no handles, bathrooms had no blinds, the garages were unavailable due to excessive renovation materials stockpiled. When showering, neighbors could clearly see directly into the bathrooms. There was a sewage leak on Tuesday of our stay. We promptly communicated to the realty company. Plumbers came, verified safe to remain due to it being out front and away from home. The realty company came in person and also stated we could stay. However, the next day, the company reversed their decision and mandated exodus from the facility. The main part was to fix it prior to the next tenants stay. No replacement home was offered. Overall, communication was poor. The house is very nice and probably would have been a repeat rental had it not been for the dishonesty. Disappointed with the professionalism during our stay.”

“Great effort was made by the host and owner to ready the property for our stay. The home is beautiful and inviting. Right on the beach. Clean and furnishings were very comfortable. Issues we had were responded to and resolved. Very comfortable and private beach front home”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. It is a magnificent home, a veritable mansion on the beach. The rooms were large and clean. Everything was as described and pictured. The agent was friendly and very responsive. They had a large thunderstorm the day we arrived that left debris in the pool. We contacted the agent to ask when the pool would next be cleaned, and they had a crew there the same day to do the work. Everyone was so kind. The location is the best. We find the beach to be very private (for a Gulf Coast beach) and also very quiet. Yet we had access to good restaurants, grocery stores, and other local amenities. We would love to go back again and recommend the house to anyone interested in a deluxe on the beach vacation. Reddington Beach is now one of our favorite Gulf Coast locations.”

“Loved the house. May come back next year. A few issues: The hot tub/spa did not get hot. I called and they checked but was never able to fix. the AC controls are locked at 70 degrees. The home temperature was fine but the bedrooms did get a little warm at night and I would have liked to reduce the temperature lower than 70 degrees. The oven and stove are old. You can't read the controls on the stove. They need updating for a home this expensive to rent.”

“Downstairs bathroom desperately needs update. As does the adjoining “bedroom “. Could be noted of stairs at the entrance with no handrails. May be hard for older folks to maneuver. Otherwise our family had the best vacation!! Every day was fun and exciting!! Highly recommend!!”
