“My family and I had a great stay at this Airbnb. We would rent the exact same spot again. The beds were extremely comfortable - we slept in every day, even later than we usually do. There was complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies. Instructions were clear and the host was very responsive. We have already recommended this stay to friends. Will likely be back.”

“Our stay on beautiful Treasure Island started rocky with AC Problems the first night. Sandcastle Realty was quick to respond and had help to fix it by the end of the day. Condo had everything we needed for our Mother’s Day weekend. Take note this condo it by the stairs so you do hear a bit of noise in the evening and occasionally smoke from the picnic table below the balcony. We had a little issue with the bar crowd loudly hanging out in the parking lot below us but that was no fault of the renter. When it was brought to the front desk’s attention they were removed. The access to the beach is amazing. The two pools and two hot tubes were exactly what we needed. New Daybeds were extremely comfortable. Don’t miss the little café open 8-5 we had lunch on day 1 and it was delicious. Must check out the family-owned Ice cream shop right next store, great prices and top-notch soft serve. Would stay again and rent from Sandcastle Realty.”

“We had the best stay ever! The condo looked exactly like pictures. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the water. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature! The hosts were quick to respond and even brought in pack and plays for us. Can’t to wait to come back and stay. It was added bonus there was a pool bar and cafe onsite.”

“It is a beautiful location steps from the gulf. Minimal starters like paper towels, 2 dish washer pods, no salt, no pepper or oil like listed on inclusions, so bring your own. They were responsive to issues when contacted. Would stay again.”

“The fact that I reached out to you in regards to the issues we were having about the cleanliness and the roaches and I got no response in return is completely unacceptable.”

“Love this location and location on the beach short walk to John’s Pass. Pool was great although they need to control guests saving beach chairs. Almost all the loungers were already saved before the pool even opened. Unit needs a fry pan had to use a sauce pan to fry eggs. Said suitable for 6 people but had to ask for more blankets for the sofa bed in response they said they usually only provide throw blankets for the sofa bed. They didn’t respond over the weekend so for two nights my son was cold and slept in sweats until they brought adequate bedding. The view was great and we always try to stay here if possible. Just some minor inconveniences they need to change.”

“While the Treasure Island location is great, this was our most disappointing Airbnb stay. The unit needs a major overhaul and lacks basic TLC. Upon check-in, essentials like toilet paper, dish soap, and spices were missing. Management delivered a bare-minimum supply after we complained. Later, when we discovered no hand soap in a bathroom and called to request it, the host was extremely rude and used profanity. This verbal harassment was unprofessional and unacceptable. Cleanliness was poor; our feet were black from the floors shortly after arrival. The owner sent a cleaner to mop the main level only after we sent photos, leaving the stained furniture and dirty carpets unaddressed. Furthermore, bathroom drains were backed up. We have stayed in many Airbnbs, but the combination of poor maintenance and a hostile host means we will not return. We recommend guests look elsewhere for a comfortable, professional experience.”
