Resort Rentals in Redington Beach, Florida

“We had a fantastic stay at this rental. The location just across the road from the beach was perfect. It's located right next to a cross walk so you're on the beach in minutes. The beach was not crowded - couldn't have asked for a better spot. The house itself was modern and pristine, and everyone couldn't stop raving about how comfortable the beds and pillows were. I was prepared after reading other reviews for the lack of toiletry type items (no shampoo, laundy detergent, etc) - but there was a small bar soap in all the bathrooms, a small bottle of dish soap, and two dishwasher pods. Lots of beach towels were available as were some other beach items. There was an elevator, but it didn't work 90% of the time, which is why I think it's not mentioned in the listing. The only downside to this property was the management company - they only respond to during business hours (non emergency), and wouldn't let us check in two hours early when requested in advance.”

“Overall, our stay was pretty good. The townhouse is beautiful and we had plenty of room. The walk to the beach was very easy. We had inquired about the safety issues in the reviews but we never received a response back. When we entered the property, we checked the balcony and the railing was still loose and the door would not lock. We told the cleaning people upon entry and they contacted the rental company right away to get us a key so we could lock that door. We had a 10 month old baby and a two year old with us so safety was a huge concern. If you have young children, make sure to bring at least 3 baby gates to block the stairs. The elevator did not work upon entry. We did get it to work on the last day. The refrigerator was leaking on the floor on day 1 but seemed to resolve after that. The sinks are very slow to drain on the top floor. We did have a power outage in the middle of the night in the middle of the trip. All power went out for about 4 hours.”

“We loved our stay here! Host was super helpful and the house was honestly better than the photos. Would definitely go back. Will say the host could have been more responsive, but we didn’t have any issues with our stay! Also loved having beach chairs and tent available to borrow!!”

“We had a great stay at this property. The house was spotless, and the beach being directly across the street was a huge plus. After reading previous reviews mentioning a lack of essentials, I came prepared, so that wasn’t an issue for us. The one thing I really missed was beach towels. Bringing your own towels is manageable if you're traveling locally, but out-of-town guests would likely appreciate having beach towels provided at a beach house. Other than that, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.”
