“The location is great. Nice ocean views and the restaurant across the street was delicious. Our place was very clean, but had a weird smell like cat pee that came and went. We tried to locate the source but couldn't. It must have been coming through the air ducts. Parking there was a nightmare. When we arrived someone was in our assigned spot. Then on our last night maintenance informed us that they were painting at 7 am and to park somewhere else. We kept having people come to our unit complaining we were parked in their spot. So we kept having to move. Then we were awakened before 7 am by maintenance because someone was parked in our spot. Very frustrating. The host was very responsive and apologetic. I would rent from them again, but not this particular unit. Mostly because of the parking situation.”

“The house was gorgeous and in a perfect location. We were right on the beach & a 20 min uber to downtown St Pete! 13 of my girlfriends celebrated my sisters bach and had a blast. There were beach bars a half mile away, yet we were so secluded and safe. I gave this listing 3 stars for a few reasons. I booked our reservation for 13, & when we arrived to the house and there was 1 roll of paper towel, 1 garbage bag, & bathrooms didn’t have extra toilet paper. I reached out to the host, & they told me there should be a “care package”, when I said we didn’t find out they didn’t respond. The front door was super hard to open/close and it was an issue the entire time. The third floor bedrooms had small ants. The downstairs bathroom door handle falls right off. The worst part was it was a beach house with no beach towels/no extra towels in general. The WiFi also stopped working. This was a beautiful house amazing for my sisters bach, however there were things that can definitely improve.”

“The good news about this rental is the location. It's VERY close to a beautiful beach. Fun times at Caddy's and the Tiki all around. The house itself was pretty clean and pretty well equipped. Space is a little tight but the rooftop is also nice. The bad news is that the pool was completely unusable for the entire time we were there. The pool was a shade of green usually reserved for a sports drink. The outdoor area had also not been touched is some time as there were leaves and debris all over. This property is run by a rental company, not a home owner. The pool man didn't arrive until 1.5 days after we arrived. Wrote a DO NOT SWIM notice after treating the pool. He never returned on Monday to let us know if it was swimmable. We did receive a partial refund but it was small in comparison to the loss of the pool. The rental company did reach out about switching pool company services. Hopefully someone else will have a better experience than we did.”

“We really liked our stay here! Being right across the street from the beach and caddy’s was a huge plus! The place needs some upgrading but it was clean and easy to access. My only downside was that it didn’t have a blow dryer. I have never stayed in a place on vacation (hotel, Airbnb, etc) that didn’t have one. This made getting ready for our activities annoying because I had to plan it around air drying my hair after a shower. I think it would be best if the owner buys one for the unit.”

“If you’re bringing more than one car, BEWARE. We didn’t know until after we booked that there is only one space, the host said we’d be able to park across the street. When we got there, there was no parking across the street so we had to use metered parking. The metered parking was an extra $250 for the 3 day weekend - that’s per car. You’re better off taking that money to book a different Airbnb in the area. Additionally, they said we could not get early checking because they were still cleaning - but the floors were gross. All of our feet were completely black from all the dirt on the floor. We even found trash behind a chair in the corner. If you book this, bring socks you don’t mind throwing away after your visit. The thing that saved this trip was the beautiful beach, the easy access to the beach, and watching the sunset from the balcony.”

“We had a great stay between location, accommodations, and Sept weather! Resort Rentals came through in several ways along with us having some suggestions of accommodations. We got in early and because it was before 4 Resort Rentals checked us in earlier. They sent us the codes so we didn’t have to wait . Code to beach was wrong but we asked others. We didn’t like using all the codes . There is like 4 codes to use to use elevator and room, beach and pool. Once there we noticed the TVs were Spectrum . They are hard wired .The tv in the living room which is smaller and older wasn’t working. We couldn’t get the signal. Resort Rentals came right over to help us . We recommend a larger newer smart tv for living room. Outlets are overwhelmed with plugs. Handle in bathroom needs to be fixed and a thorough cleaning behind dresser in main bedroom needs attention. The king bed needs a new one. Both beds could be replaced . Queen was hard. If things get updated we would be happy to stay again!”

“Great location getting to fish off the dock and still walk to the beach. Cabana rentals are super expensive so don’t bother. Only one parking spot and guest spots are hard to get especially if it was full, it was pretty empty most of our stay and it was still rough. The pans need to be replaced badly if you plan on cooking there it’s doable but not easy. It’s definitely not a fully stocked kitchen. The WiFi worked but there is no password so we couldn’t connect our owlet baby monitor. No bathtub either but we knew that going in and made due. We had to buy trash bags, salt and pepper and seasoning, dish washer pods, toilet paper and paper towels so that was weird. Usually there is enough for the stay at most places we have rented. You absolutely cannot check in until 4 on the dot so that was hard with a baby but the staff there is super friendly. A lot of pros and cons. But overall a good stay.”

“The condo itself is very clean and looks nice in pictures, but the small details is what hurts this place. To start we were not able to check into the room until 5pm because the cleaners weren’t done yet, with no reimbursement of any sort. Also adding the check out time of 10am, it would be nice to have more time on check in & out days (almost seems like you lose a whole day of stay). Secondly for the premium price this place charges there is a lack of disposable convenience, things like restroom amenities and convenient kitchen amenities. Lastly the lock for the main door to enter the condo could use updated. All in all not bad place to stay if it was significantly cheaper. Not worth the premium price with all the flaws this place had hidden with it.”

“Unfortunately, the condition of the home did not match the price being charged. The property showed clear signs of disrepair, including chipped and peeling paint throughout, broken blinds, and missing grout around the kitchen wall tiles. It felt poorly maintained for a property in this price range. The most concerning issue, however, was cleanliness—specifically, a significant roach problem. We encountered at least seven cockroaches during our stay. They were found in multiple areas, including inside the coffee filters, under the coffee machine, beneath what were supposed to be clean dish towels, and in the bathrooms. This made the stay very uncomfortable, and I am now genuinely concerned about the possibility of bringing them home in our luggage. Additionally, the deck presented safety concerns. The railings were not secure and wobbled easily when touched, and there were broken slats. As a parent with small children, this was extremely unsettling and felt unsafe.”

“a week ago New We had booked a home via Airbnb and the experience was awful. My family and I booked a home right on the beach and after contacting the host ( Resort Rentals ) we were allowed to leave our stuff at the property along with our cars before check-in. Not long after were we told that they property we rented was not longer an Airbnb and we had to collect our items before the end of the day...not long after we get a call that our cars are being towed. While Rudy was helpful and relocated us we were moved to another location that was 25minutes away from our original location ( near our family who was renting another home ) but the new location was very secluded, outdated, and musty. This company seems unorganized. If a property is not fully set to be an AirBnB then it shouldn't be listed as one. Awful start to a family vacation.”
