“Wonderful space in a wonderful location. Each floor provided enough privacy for each family unit and the host provided everything needed for the beach (which you can walk to in less than five minutes).”

“Place was amazing and a super nice stay! Definitely enjoyed the pool! It was pristine and clean. The only thing I had a slight issue with was the pull out couch in the living room. It only pulled out half way. We tried to pull it out any and every which way possible and it was like it was stuck. One of my boys slept on top of the couch- not the actual bed, my youngest slept with me in the room. One adult was missing from our party so it worked out, but if you need the extra sleeping spot the pull out bed needs to be fixed. Other than that, absolutely no complaints. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes.”

“Loved our time away. It was a beautiful little apartment and super close to the beautiful beach. Everything was clean and the instructions were clear and helpful. We only had to call one time because we could not figure out why the dishwasher wasn’t turning on. Maintenance came out that day while we were visiting the Dali museum and it was all fixed when we returned. We would love to come back soon.”

“The house was very nice and well kept. Had a nice beach-house feel. Games were provided and the outdoor area was very comfortable. Furniture was in good condition. Very short walk to the beach, the board walk is right by the property but there was very little foot traffic around, very peaceful. The only draw backs were the AC couldn’t keep up and it got up to about 79 in the afternoon (it was 90 degrees and sunny outside). Also the shower in the master bath was very small for a tall person. I would absolutely stay there again though!”

“Unfortunately, the condition of the home did not match the price being charged. The property showed clear signs of disrepair, including chipped and peeling paint throughout, broken blinds, and missing grout around the kitchen wall tiles. It felt poorly maintained for a property in this price range. The most concerning issue, however, was cleanliness—specifically, a significant roach problem. We encountered at least seven cockroaches during our stay. They were found in multiple areas, including inside the coffee filters, under the coffee machine, beneath what were supposed to be clean dish towels, and in the bathrooms. This made the stay very uncomfortable, and I am now genuinely concerned about the possibility of bringing them home in our luggage. Additionally, the deck presented safety concerns. The railings were not secure and wobbled easily when touched, and there were broken slats. As a parent with small children, this was extremely unsettling and felt unsafe.”

“Location. Was great. Apartment needs updating. Needs a dishwasher. Had rules. You have to take out your trash. You have to wash your dishes. There was no sponge. I had to go buy a sponge. To wash dishes. I didn’t go on Vaction to work. But I had to or I would of been taxed.”

“a week ago New We had booked a home via Airbnb and the experience was awful. My family and I booked a home right on the beach and after contacting the host ( Resort Rentals ) we were allowed to leave our stuff at the property along with our cars before check-in. Not long after were we told that they property we rented was not longer an Airbnb and we had to collect our items before the end of the day...not long after we get a call that our cars are being towed. While Rudy was helpful and relocated us we were moved to another location that was 25minutes away from our original location ( near our family who was renting another home ) but the new location was very secluded, outdated, and musty. This company seems unorganized. If a property is not fully set to be an AirBnB then it shouldn't be listed as one. Awful start to a family vacation.”

“We chose this luxury beach house for a special getaway based on its high-end description and beachfront location. While the property itself is beautifully appointed and the setting is stunning, our stay was marred by a serious safety issue with the provided BBQ grill. During normal, responsible use the grill malfunctioned and caught fire. We successfully extinguished it, fire department was called, upon inspection confirmed this was not our fault. Rather than acknowledging the obvious bbq failure, the host placed full blame on us and held us responsible for the damages. Sent us an $8k bill. This response was shocking, disappointing and unacceptable for a luxury listing where reliable, well-maintained appliances and guest safety should be fundamental. Fire safety was not to code on this property. We are currently working with Airbnb to resolve the claim fairly. Given the safety concern and the hosts’ handling of the incident, we cannot recommend this property.”
