“The house was great. Awesome pool, nice beach day chairs, umbrellas and all. The place would have earned 5 stars but there was zero mention that multiple homes are being built Nextdoor and on the street. Constant weekday noise, construction workers blocking the driveway etc. I know that’s not the property owners fault. But a mention of that in the description seems appropriate given the “Oasis” type presentation and the reality of Jackhammers, dock driving pylons, cement trucks etc.”

“The place looks like in the pictures. The pool area is very nice. The livingroom/open-kitchen is spatious but it also looks a bit empty and the furniture is very basic the main TV is not that big for the size of the room, no carpets to male it look more welcoming. It felt a bit underwhelming compared to many other properties we have rented in Florida for this price range. A little effort and it could express its potential.”

“We had a wonderful week. The covered pool and patio is such a nice feature. We hung out outside the entire week. Beach access is a short walk and the beaches were never busy, even on the weekend. We cant wait to come again next year.”
