“We had a great time at this condo. Our only complaints were the master door closet door fell off the tracks continuously and the master bathroom shower drain was so clogged we stood in inches of water during each shower. Also, the beach chairs that were included and noted by management were so rusty and bent we could not use them. These comments are nominal, however, they were worth noting.”

“Bed sheets dirty and with blood. Only hot water in showers. Oven amd dish washer machine dont work. Ac not working.”

“We stayed here for my bachelorette trip, and while we had a great time overall, I can only give it 3 stars because of a few issues. The location was perfect and the house was spacious with enough beds for everyone. However, the pool was green for most of our stay and wasn’t fully clean when we arrived. The checkout list was excessive, and the house was stocked with the bare minimum: one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one partial roll of paper towels, and one dishwasher pod. We had to buy extra supplies and leave them behind because we were flying home. Check-in isn’t until 4 p.m., and early check-in costs $100, with availability not confirmed until the day of. The house also felt a little dirty, and we wore socks the entire stay because the floors didn’t seem clean. Overall, the location and space were great, but the cleanliness, pool condition, limited supplies, and strict policies were disappointing.”

“Dirty in certain areas of condo, but I sent pictures in to them. Bathrooms need another coat of paint & baseboards look dirty as well. Left over materials for fixing up condo in spare bedroom and closet that are in your way. Patio was to crammed with patio furniture, or to many chairs. Garbage disposal side of sink leaks and not sure how long it’s been leaking. Big stain in spare bathroom tub. Kitchen faucet doesn’t spray easily. Housekeeping will show up early and linger outside of condo until you leave. Ice dispenser in fridge will not dispense ice. All the stores & restaurants around the area close around 9-10:00pm. Bed in master bedroom is quit hard. Other than those minor things, it was great. Right across the street from the beach was an awesome feature.”

“The rental company was very responsive, the home was very clean, and we enjoyed the open living area, nice yard, convenient location, and affordable price. The biggest disappointment was how uncomfortable the stay was. Every adult in our group commented on the beds being very firm, and the thin bedding didn’t help. The primary bedroom ceiling fan squeaks unless it’s on low, and the house stayed warm even with the A/C at 70. The towels were thin and not very absorbent, and the kitchen was sparsely stocked compared to most Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Many vertical blinds were missing in the bedrooms, leaving very little privacy. After checkout, we were asked to pay for a stained sheet that we noticed upon arrival and didn’t use, but unfortunately hadn’t photographed. Overall, it’s a clean, affordable home, but with so many great Airbnb options in the area, we would choose another property next time.”

“While the home is spacious, nicely decorated, and conveniently located close to the beach, several maintenance and stocking issues significantly impacted our stay. The house was not adequately equipped for the number of guests it accommodates, with limited dishes, drinkware, trash bags, and cleaning supplies. We also encountered cleanliness concerns, broken beach equipment, an excessively heated pool upon arrival, and heavy sliding doors that were difficult to operate. The property has great potential, but the accumulation of these issues resulted in a disappointing experience and a 3-star stay for our family.”

“The House itself was AMAZING!! The pool was awesome and clean. The rooms were spotless although it needs a few more pots and pans. We had a group that was staying with us have a hard time getting into the property due to the security guard not knowing what he was doing that night. I had to get up outta my bed at 1 in the morning to go to the security guard and let him know they were with us. He kept saying that he couldn’t even find the address for the Airbnb smh. This was very inconvenient”

“We loved the location. Our only complaint was we could not access the garage for beach supplies, etc. The code never worked.”

“very nice home could have been a lower price.door need to be fixed and pool side ..very much 2 safety concerns I had because the door fell on me so they need to fix it correctly or more severe injuries can occur.”

“There were quite a few issues. The fans wouldn’t turn on in any of the rooms so it was really hot all night. There was a partial power outage on the second floor our last night there. There were no bath mats in any of the bathrooms. On our first day, the water was turned off behind the fridge so we were not able to get drinking water and the bathroom on the first floor was missing the fixture and hardware around the faucet. This rental needs a lot of maintenance checks.”
