“This condo was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and included all of the comforts of home and more. The furniture, linens and kitchenware were clean and met all of my family's needs for our short trip. Not a total deal breaker, but because I am a light sleeper and my husband is an early riser it would have been nice if the sink area in the master bath had a door separating it from the rest of the room. The rest of the bathroom is behind a pocket door. Aside from that all of the beach equipment included in the unit was a great added bonus. Even during peak season the location was less crowded than other areas of the Gulf shore. The condo had amazing ocean views from the livingroom and master bedroom as well as great beach access and an abundance of loungers with umbrellas. The location was perfect for local dining and close to shopping. We would absolutely LOVE to stay again, and longer ❤️”

“Great location. Lots of beds. No oven. I think it says that somewhere but… no oven. Some direction on the stovetop would have been very helpful. 9 people stayed here. We all had some privacy. Plenty of bathrooms.”

“Overall, we had an excellent stay and would happily return. The pool was fantastic and perfect for evening swims after the day at the beach.We loved having beach chairs, coolers, and plenty of games available for the kids. The layout is perfect for multiple families, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. The location was also convenient and close to everything we wanted to do.A few areas could use some attention. The beach towels were fine for the pool and kids, but we purchased our own for the beach. The pillows in the master bedroom were very flat and could use replacing. There are some signs of wear, including flooring that appears to have water damage and a few loose bathroom tiles. The fan/light in the kids’ room was out of service, but the owners informed us upon arrival and it wasn’t a major issue. The kitchen island looks stained, though it appears to be wear on the stone rather than dirt.Overall, these were minor issues compared to the positives.”

“We loved the house itself, and the location! It housed my decently large family without feeling crowded. The only thing we would have appreciated was having chairs to sit by the pool, and maybe a few beach staples (we flew so didn’t have room to pack any chairs/umbrellas). Besides those minor inconveniences, we truly loved this place and the location!”

“very nice home could have been a lower price.door need to be fixed and pool side ..very much 2 safety concerns I had because the door fell on me so they need to fix it correctly or more severe injuries can occur.”

“There were quite a few issues. The fans wouldn’t turn on in any of the rooms so it was really hot all night. There was a partial power outage on the second floor our last night there. There were no bath mats in any of the bathrooms. On our first day, the water was turned off behind the fridge so we were not able to get drinking water and the bathroom on the first floor was missing the fixture and hardware around the faucet. This rental needs a lot of maintenance checks.”
