“I’ve stayed at a lot of air bnbs and this was just ok. The pool and backyard felt like they hadn’t been tended too in a while and that was the main reason we got the house. Messaged host a few times and typically took over a day to respond and sometimes no answer. Not terrible but not great.”

“Airbnb Review The Airbnb itself was large, spacious, and generally nice, but unfortunately there were several issues during our stay. The pool table sticks were broken, the downstairs air conditioning did not work, the TV was not working, and the upstairs sink was clogged. The biggest concern, however, was the pest problem. When we arrived, we found dead and dying cockroaches throughout the house. While we were preparing dinner, a very large live cockroach came out of the kitchen cupboards. We also found live cockroaches underneath the bed. We kept all of our luggage closed throughout our stay because we were concerned about bringing anything home with us, which made the experience quite unsettling. We understand that the property is located in a wooded area and that encountering an occasional insect can happen. However, finding multiple live and dead cockroaches throughout the house was more than we expected and made us question whether the property had been properly inspected and”

“We started off our stay at 7 o’clock to find out that the place did not have any water. Then the owner came over the camera and asked if we were having an issue with the water. Which at 4 o’clock, he knew that he didn’t have any water in the house after bringing our stuff in the house we noticed there were flies everywhere drain flies all in our food, couldn’t cook dinner couldn’t shower. We had to wait till the next day for someone to show up to work on the water issue which we had to help him do then he proceeded to tell us that we needed to switch the breaker every time we needed to use water which we had four kids and a woman with us. Then Saturday afternoon after switching the breaker for this water issue, we lose all power in the house power was restored after an hour then we wake up Sunday morning with no water to shower or bathe before we takeoff on our 4 Hour drive home. As a whole, I should’ve just went camping with that being said the house inside is beautiful but….”
