“Loved the condo. The area is beautiful!”

“Beautiful place! Room for everyone to spread out. Rooftop was amazing! We’d never stayed on the other side of Hwy 98. Driving across is a little tricky but not bad. Tunnel made it easy to quickly and safely get to the beach and for teens to bike over to Rosemary and Seacrest. Inlet beach public access was beautiful not too crowded over fall break. Lots to do within walking distance. Highly recommend Shades! Appreciated quality beach chairs and bikes provided. We came down right after the hurricane so Real Joy was a little overwhelmed at first. Once we connected with them, they were wonderful - got the hot tub water changed out for us and handled a few other requests quickly. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Our family really enjoyed the home and it was exactly as described. We found everything to be clean and the layout was perfect. The location was also ideal and the expansive community pool was a nice complement to the private beach.”

“Was not informed fridge has to wait 16 hours in between stays to get cold, bought groceries not knowing. Also got there & washer wasn’t working so had to pay to use the hotels. The place was in a good area. Beach access. Kids loved pool. Didn’t like the kiddie area was down & no access to beach using wagons so had to use stairs which was a pain. Our trip was cut short due to the hurricane so unfortunate.”
