“Fantastic rental. Pictures are accurate, Pool was perfect overlooking the canal. Property was very quiet inside and out. Easy to find and well located to Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte. Close to airport. Everything was clean and in great condition. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room to entertain or spread out. We will definitely be staying here again.”

“We had such a great stay! The house was beautiful and the views were amazing! We enjoyed fishing and hanging out in the pool. We come every year for a fishing tournament and found our new favorite place to stay! Thank you for being such a great host!”

“First, the house and location were absolutely beautiful. We did enjoy our stay. Our kids fished and swam and we enjoyed several meals together with a beautiful view. There were a few hiccups. The garbage bins were full when we got to the house. They were not clearly labeled for garbage versus recycling and the previous tenants had mixed both. Also, there was no clear indication on what days to place the garbage and recycling out. The property managers did send someone to remove the trash. The other hiccup was that the fireplace had an empty propane tank and the furniture outside was completely torn and moldy. It was unusable therefore we were unable to enjoy that. A few minor issues with a lamp being broken, an outlet not working and a very dirty vent in the bedroom also came up however the host was responsive and addressed. The coffee pot also made many size coffees but mugs are too small, caused overflow on lowest. I think maybe some attention to these areas in the future would help.”
