Premier Island Management Group's guest rating in Florida of 4.78 is below average and may adversely impact performance. We planned on cooking breakfast for 2 mornings, but the 2 large front burners on the stove did not work. The 2 small ones in the rear did work, but they were not large enough to cook breakfast for 5 people so we ended up eating out. Also, on Friday night the condo became warm. We thought it might get better but it got warmer throughout the day on Saturday. After doing some investigation, we determined that the evaporator coil on the ac was frozen. To be clear, we did not set the thermostat below 70 degrees. You could see that little maintenance had been done on the ac. The coils and filter were dirty and this restricted the air flow causing it to ice up. The landlord was responsive and did send out maintenance around 7 that evening. I dont see that they did any cleaning to the unit. I believe it started working again because we shut it off to allow it to defrost. I appreciate their response, but we were without sufficient cooling for part of Friday night and Saturday.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house, relaxing beach that was never crowded. What more could you want?!?!

Pros: communication, location, balcony views, beach access, 2chairs/umbrella provided, clean spacious place, really well equipped gym, parking availability. Cons: sparse kitchen equipment and supplies, uncomfortable outdoor furniture in living room, spiral stairs difficult to master bedroom, 4 people condo but only given 2 fobs needed to access many areas.

This property is listed as a “luxury” property and while it is nice, it is not truly luxury. I expect a home as pricey as this to have the small details to set it apart and make it worth spending more on it. This one has lots of little things that have not been tended to with care. For example, we had two bathroom hand towels in the master. I don’t want to have to wash towels when I’m spending as much as we did. There’s a lot in the kitchen but so much of it was hard to find because it’s just all over the place. We found over 20 kitchen knives but only one was sharp enough to use! Dishwasher sounds like an airplane and an electric cooktop?!! The porches do not have any shade so while they look directly on the ocean they are too hot to enjoy in the summer. The outside shower is not private so basically it’s a place to rinse our feet, not actually bathe. And why in the world would someone not put a half bathroom on the ground floor? We had a good time but would hesitate to stay again
