“We arrived after 4 PM and the cleaners were still there, but that was no big deal… the house was clean and immaculate inside and out. We woke up the next morning and it was warm upstairs. We actually waited to contact the host until the next day (Monday) to see if the AC would catch up. It got warmer. The host requested that we send pictures of the thermostat and they sent a guy out the same day. That's when they admitted its an ongoing issue with the upstairs AC. I was under the impression it was going to get fixed because they said another technician would be out. When I asked about the technician not arriving, they requested more pictures of the thermostat and of the windows and doors as if I were the one to blame for the faulty AC unit. It was not a fun experience coming off the hot beach and the only showers and beds are in the warm upstairs. And I was not a fan of catching the blame for the AC not working, we made sure no windows were open, and the doors were closed at all times.”

“My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wren Beach House. The home was beautiful, spotless, and had such a warm, welcoming feel that it truly felt like a home away from home. The elevator was a huge convenience, especially with the house spanning three floors and making it easy to transport luggage and groceries. The kitchen and living areas were perfect for spending quality time together, and the location couldn’t have been better. Being directly across the street from Vilano Beach gave us easy access to the beach without the crowds. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we were looking for. If you’re looking for a comfortable and beautiful place to unwind and recharge, I would highly recommend the Wren Beach House. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The place was beautiful and the design of the house was very well planned out. The pool/spa were terrific. Only issue that will need to be fixed is the main shower. It floods into the main bathroom. Huge design flaw.”
