“We absolutely loved this place. Very roomy and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our kids were able to ride their bikes around the neighborhood and we felt safe with them doing so. The pool was beautiful with plenty of seating. The beach was a short but beautiful, clean, easy walk. We had two disappointments: 1. We were given the wrong code to get in the house, had to wait approx. hour and half before getting into the house 2. We wished there had been a mop of some sort. If we could make a recommendation for anyone renting this property or in this community, it would be def rent a golf cart. Overall... beautiful and roomy property and community. We will be back to this area.”

“The house was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and would return again. The beach was really close to the house but the pool was a bit of a walk. The beds and furniture were cozy! The community was quiet and peaceful. We truly were able to relax and not have crowds on the beach. We loved the pool for the kids. The only down side was that it’s operated by a third party. We were given three different pool codes that all had expired. I tried to message and call with no response. We relied on other people at the pool letting us in and out which made it difficult and frustrating.”

“Great townhouse and location. We stayed at another home at the property before and it was just as nice. A few minor suggestions would have made the stay better: flexible check-in--we had to sit on the porch for 30 minutes waiting until 4pm for the code to be given to us--even after we contacted the host and asked to check in a little early; the kitchen consumables were so spare--they only gave us two garbage bags and one dishwasher pod--for a family of five it wasn't not enough, we had to go buy more. Small things, but sounds like a pretty easy fix.”

“This is a great house and great location. The beach access is very close, but I HIGHLY recommend getting a wagon to lug all of your beach gear. The house is very clean and well stocked. We loved the convenience of the small shops, bike rental, and restaurants that are located at the front of the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and we will rent again. My only complaint was that when we arrived, the house was wide open. The furniture upstairs was stacked on the beds from what I assume was accidentally left by the cleaning crew. I messaged the rental company and never got a response.”

“Overall we had a good stay at this rental. The neighborhood felt safe, easy to get to, and was a short drive to everything. However, communication was sub par and disappointing. We were given a total of 4 conflicting phone numbers and 2 different emails and sent multiple messages through airbnb app and it took over a day for the host to respond when the front door handle fell off and when we were given wrong codes for the pools which made it difficult to enjoy the amenities provided. When they finally emailed back the following day they sent a man over to help with the door with no heads up. It was also frustrating to continue to get automatic messages through the airbnb app while ignoring my messages sent about problems we were having. The kids room had great toys and a cool bunk bed, however the spare mattress in the closet was not usable and covered in stains. Hesitant to stay here again unless communication became more reliable.”
