Great Ocean Condos and Homes in Port Orange, Florida

“Unfortunately, this home is not currently fit to be an Airbnb. It was cluttered with SO many dusty knickknacks, the owner’s belongings filled nearly every available space leaving very little storage, and the toaster was so filthy I had to request a new one. Also ants in the kitchen. Two days into my month-long stay, the AC broke during Florida’s July heatwave and reached 89° inside. After three service visits, it still wasn’t fixed. The “dog-friendly” backyard is essentially a steep hill of rocks. Not fit for a pup. Most concerning, the homeowner showed up unannounced, entered the garage and gated backyard of the home, and stayed doing “yard work” for 2 hours while I was there. The management company was responsive, but the overall experience was still unacceptable. I use Airbnb frequently and have never left a negative review, but after paying thousands for this stay, the home was nowhere near worth the cost. I would not recommend booking unless these issues have been addressed”

“Great space! Vaulted ceilings throughout and made the house feel really open and large. Clean linens and floors were greatly appreciated!”

“The house is beautiful, but it lacks a lot of everyday things. They only provided one set of toiletries. There were no extra garbage bags no extra toilet paper no extra paper towels. The kitchen has some utensils enough to cook and so forth with, but nothing really extra the grill outside. Only one of the burners worked a little bit, but not enough to cook food. I extra comforter and pillow. Was a beautiful house and very convenient!! Just needs more things.”
