iTrip Florida First Coast in Ponte Vedra, Florida

“The location was stunning, right on the ocean, with crashing surf in the background all the while we were there. The beach wasn’t crowded in late March. The house is set up beautifully to take advantage of the site, with floor to ceiling window/doors and a big deck. It’s a half hour from the Jacksonville area and 15 minutes from St. Augustine. (Be sure to eat at the Ice Plant when you’re there.) The road on one side of the house is busy but you have no idea it’s there from inside the house. I worried it would take a long time to get off the barrier island but traffic wasn’t bad at all. My only complaint is that the kitchen was stocked more like a spring break house than an expensive beach house. But plastic wine glasses did not diminish my enjoyment of the place.”

“Great location. Semi-private beach was wonderful. Didn’t see a hose for rinsing feet. Noticeable pet urine stains and smell within house but odor absorbers were promptly dropped off.”
