“Large property with nice views. Plenty of outdoor space, but some areas felt a bit too cluttered and would not describe backyard as a Herbalist Farm. Well groomed landscape, but no herbal garden. Large open kitchen with a big table - great for family meals and games. Lots of bedroom space, but closets have dressers placed inside making hanging clothes a bit awkward. Nicely updated master bath with walk-in shower. Location of home is on a dangerous curve and difficult to see exiting at times. (During our 4-week stay, we witnessed two cars that had gone off the road, into the deep ditches.) Nice to have access to a washer and dryer during our stay. But the bulb in the laundry room was out when we arrived. The maintenance person who came to check on another issue said he could not change the bulb without a ladder. So, we ended up doing it ourselves by standing on a chair. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to not do it ourselves.”

“Located near the Clay County Sports Complex and short distance to food, coffee, etc. Easy to find and had plenty of room for us.”

“Beautiful home and area. Only complaint was the extremely loud and drunk 15 collage kids next door that partied until 3am that you could hear inside the house.”
