Five Star Vacation Rentals in Ponte Vedra, Florida

“We arrived and another gentleman was trying to enter, bathtubs were dirty, lawn un kept, railings falling off front porch lights busted, lose on all other floors. Looks like a war happened inside. Un renovations, blue tape marked all over, unpainted dryeall areas all throughtout the house. Roaches, just not worth the money paid to be in a renovation site. Needs a ton of work, no fire detectors, not all appliances work, not ready for large groups, no utensils, grills were rusted and needed replacing as they didn't work after asking host multiple times about them. Flooring is all messed up throughout the house, drywall is damaged all over the house, unkept yard and driveway. I mean the list goes on and the check out process requires you to get up early or prepare the night before so you can meet all required check out process needs. Its really is a true frat house!!! Just needs a kegorator!!”

“Huge 9bed/9bath home in a fantastic beachfront location! For a big group, there’s lots of space to spread out! Management was very responsive whenever we reached out, which we appreciated. A few things future guests should know-There were some unfinished repairs throughout the house (ex: drywall), some of the sliding doors were difficult to open/close and didn’t appear to seal well, which allowed bugs to get inside. We also noticed mold/mildew in some showers' caulking. It surprised us that there were no ceiling fans (3 box fans were provided). Guests are asked not to set the AC below 72 degrees, so some areas of the house got uncomfortable at times. The home is on a septic system, and there was an odor at times in the front yard/entrance. We also noticed an odor from the sink water occasionally. There are only 3 TVs, and most remotes didn’t work, so we used the Roku app on our phones.  The location/size were HUGE positives for our stay, but it could use a few minor adjustments”
