“House was beautiful. Host was very responsive to our issues and questions. Pool was not fully cleaned the day we got there, someone came and cleaned it the next day, dishwasher was also not working. One of the representatives was not very kind on the phone when helping us figure out the pool heater.”

“The property was beautiful and you could not be the view of the intercoastal. It is very close to the beach lots of restaurants and bars and very convenient. The rooms and bathrooms and bedding were all comfortable and spotless. However, we did have some issues much of the wicker furniture had been tattered and torn on the deck. Almost all living room chairs were stained. The fire alarms went off in the middle of the night, the first night, causing our entire party to stay awake. The management company was very responsive and sent someone out the following day and we assumed it was fixed. Unfortunately, the next evening again another message was coming through the fire alarms that woke the entire household up again with continued beeping. The management company again was very responsive and understanding and did provide a full refund as we had to find other accommodations. Outside of the furniture and the issue with the fire alarm the property and the location is very beautiful.”
