“"We really enjoyed the private backyard oasis . It was the reason we booked the house . We were in town for a family wedding and the location to the venue was perfect and the accessibility to the beach and many restaurants and stores . The inside of the house is a lot more lived in than the pictures online . The walls were badly scuffed and the furniture could do with replacing , stains and damage on pretty much everything including the mattresses . There was a shelf in the secondary bathroom that was coming loose from the wall . A leg of one of the beds looked like it was about to break off and my biggest complaint was - long black hair everywhere  . It wasn’t cleaned properly in between guests . It was all over the floor and on the couch and I found it in the bed . I have blonde hair and my husband has a short cropped haircut . 5 stars for the outside , inside I would give 2-3 . "”

“Beautiful space that definitely needs a bit more maintenance and attention. Some of the amenities that caused us to select this property were out of service when we attended. Booked this location over my wedding weekend for the bridal party. There was plenty of space and beds. Linens were clean and plentiful. Lots of parking. Multiple kitchens and dishwashers, a huge boon when booking for a large group. Two washers and two dryers. Large and spacious master bedroom. Beds were generally comfortable.”

“Place as presented on the pictures. Very good location As per previous comments, wifi connection is very very slow. I wouldn't recommend if you plan to work remotely from the place. The door's digital code system stopped working (battery issue?) after a day. The company was responsive and was able to send someone within 45 minutes, I had to leave to my next meeting without showering/changing as a result. Unfortunate.”

“This was a wonderful stay! The kitchen was stocked with many cooking supplies. The pool felt private and quiet and was very refreshing. There were plenty of linens and space to really spread out. We loved the house with all of the skylights. The location of the home is so central to all things Saint Augustine! The home had beautiful landscaping and lots of toys for the pool. Aside from having to wait an extra 30 minutes before the home was ready for us, I would highly recommend this place!”

“The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The area is a quiet residential area within walking distance of many restaurants and activities. I was extremely disappointed that the off street parking that was mentioned in the listing was not available. There are 2 apartments and 1 small driveway. For most of my stay the off street parking was dominated by the other tenants. I would not have rented had I known my car would have to be parked on the street for 3 months. The apartment is very nice and extremely clean. My stay was very comfortable. My only complaint is the bed was very hard.”

“We came to Jacksonville to go on base for the delivery of our granddaughter. The home was cozy but not a 5-bedroom. The room was a sitting loft area made into a bedroom with no privacy. The neighborhood was beautiful and you’re surrounded by all the shopping stores.”

“The rugs were dirty and stained. The towels were not clean at all. It had public hairs in it. My wife had to go buy us new towels and washcloths. The Mortal Kombat arcade game didn’t work at all. This area is a few blocks from the beach which is the safe side. But where this property is, there’s a lot of construction going on and it’s in a ghetto poor area. I did not feel safe with my $100,000 cars being parked there.”

“Our selection of this property was primarily influenced by its spaciousness and the availability of a pool. Upon arrival, we discovered that the adjacent property was undergoing extensive renovations. The construction activities commenced early each morning, significantly disrupting our ability to rest, particularly after a fourteen-hour journey. Another discrepancy concerned the advertised pool and hot tub; access to a heated pool required an additional daily charge of $100. Overall, the amenities provided were none existent. There was not even a dishrag for dishes and the experience did not meet our expectations. The host only relied back with a AI text and never resolved any of my issues with the property. I would not recommend this property or the host.”

“Great location, easy to find. Kitchen tools were still dirty. For a space for 10 guests, they did not provide enough dish soap or paper towels. Also, me and other guests woke up with itchy insect bites. I️ informed the owner and sent multiple images of the bites. Still waiting on a response from the owner about this.”

“Kitchen and pool were lovely. The host uses AI generated responses making it very difficult to communicate. Upstairs of the house took a long time to cool down to a comfortable level making the first night with infants challenging. Lastly, no window coverings in top floor bedroom and no window covering downstairs so major lack or privacy.”
