“Our family had an amazing time during our stay! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed all of the amenities, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Any issues that came up were addressed almost immediately by Andy, who was responsive and attentive throughout our stay. “Great location ! Clean and quiet”

“The home is in a convenient location and was clean, but had issues. Maintenance & cleaning crew was there minutes before 4pm, and I was told everything was fine- not true. The Wi-Fi did not work from Thursday through most of Saturday, meaning no TV access throughout the home, including the game consoles and poor cellular reception. There was also a broken bed that wasn’t disclosed at check-in. Maintenance had to come out twice to attempt to repair the same bed instead of replacing it. There is a 5 car limit; wasn’t disclosed. Parking is horrible. Communication was not proactive, and I had to follow up multiple times for updates. While efforts were eventually made to resolve the issues, the delays and lack of transparency significantly impacted our overall experience. A $150 refund was ultimately provided, but only after I expressed that I would be leaving a detailed review of our stay. While I appreciate the gesture, it did not fully reflect the level of inconvenience we experienced.”
