Plumlee Gulf Beach Realty's guest rating in Florida of 4.74 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract. “The place was great! Three bedrooms with TV’s in each! Decor was very nice! Kitchen was fully functional and clean. We had to rent our beach towels. Gorgeous view of the beach! We were very happy!”

“The location is great with ocean views and beach access. The complex is much older but the grounds and pool are well kept and the unit itself had some renovations and upgrades. The unit is not very well stocked with housekeeping items or beach and pool items, so this was an additional expense. While we were aware of this (you could rent beach chairs or towels), there are far too many listings that include these items as part of your stay to make it more seamless and comfortable.”
