“The house was great for our trip. Did have some issue with the AC at check in but I reached out to Julie about it and she was very responsive. There were also box fans to help keep cool during the day. At night there were no issues with the AC. The kids were in the pool it seemed from check in until check out!”

“We arrived to the home and immediately noticed it was 86 degrees in the home. We waited about 4 hours and at 9pm the home was still between 84-85 degrees inside. I let the host know and was given ridiculous and unhelpful responses and no true solutions or accountability or even accommodations were given to us. That night 7 of us slept in the home honestly getting no sleep. They did however say first thing in the morning someone would arrive to fix the problem and by the next day 2 pm rolls around and no one has yet to show up and they stopped communicating with us. I report the problem to airbnb and the host let airbnb know it would be fixed however the night we still had no one come no answers and the house reached to 89 degrees. Our trip in total was 3000 and we ended up spending 1,000 dollars for less than 48 hours. We ended up leaving the home 2 days into our 7 day vacation. The home had a hint of possibly marijuana but I couldn’t say for sure. terrible home and host. stay away.”

“Overall our stay was nice & a good central location to the area. Very random & miscellaneous dishes in the kitchen to use. I’m dropping a star in the review because we had quickly communicated that the a/c was not working properly after arriving and got the “someone will be there within 24 hours” message. After that time period had passed without it being fixed, we messaged again, and then again, getting the similar “we will send someone as soon as we can” or “it’s a busy time please be patient” responses, which is obviously incredibly frustrating. During our 4 night stay, the a/c issue was never resolved and as of writing this review I’m still getting what feels to be a non-answer in terms of getting some kind of reimbursement for them having a/c listed on the property and it not being fixed. I would love an actual answer from them regarding this.”

“Had a wonderful stay in Pinellas park! The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was close to everything and was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!”
