“This is a beautiful large modern home right on the beach! Dolphins were frequently spotted from the house! The kitchen is well stocked, there are two BBQs, and the heated pool made for so much fun for the kids. The beach was relatively private even in the midst of spring break. We enjoyed being away from the crowds.”

“The house was nice with hardwood/tile throughout, but really lacked high end finishes (appliances, cabinets, etc). The washer and dryer although necessary for a beach stay were horribly slow (1.5 hr wash cycle and 3+ dryer cycle). House had excellent views from 2nd and 3rd levels and plenty of seating inside and out for large groups. Basement bedrooms and bathroom lack privacy because they used barn doors instead of doors that actually fully close. Main problem with our stay was the host. First, to get in it took over 30 minutes and multiple phone calls. Next, we elected to have the pool heated for our stay only to find out that it was broken. We tried to cancel our reservation because we knew for that time of year an unheated pool would be unusable. However, the host said they would get it fixed on the day of check-in. However, once we checked in they pushed the repair date back 3 days. When nobody came that day, we no longer received any responses and contacted Airbnb.”
