“There was a lot of broken items within the house, it was dirty, and not walkable to the beach like what was portrayed in the post. Host was kind and responsive but the house is not what it was said to be.”

“My family of 16 stayed at this home and there was plenty of room for everyone. Despite the weather not cooperating most of the week we enjoyed this home and its amenities. It was close to the beaches and restaurants and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We appreciated the in unit washer and dryer but could have used a few additional outdoor garbage cans. 16 people really produced a lot of garbage over the week and the one outdoor garbage can was already full on the day we arrived. We also appreciated that the home was pet friendly. Overall the house was quite clean but the carpet on the staircase could be cleaned or replaced in the near future (not a huge issue for my family). I would definitely recommend this home for any large families looking to spend some time on the gulf coast”

“The place was spotless and amazing it was very close to the beach and they had everything you need for a day at the beach buckets shovels chairs everything. Overall amazing other than checking in we arrived early because Airbnb said check in was 8am and later but wasn’t till 4pm. Guest services took care of the situation compensated for it.”

“Our stay was great! The house had so much room and fit our family perfectly. The kitchen is stocked with whatever you need - and there’s plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and silverware! The beds are comfortable and clean! The neighborhood is peaceful and so close to the beach! The house is clean and the furniture is great too! There were beach chairs in the garage as well as anything you might need for a day at the beach (bring your own towels, of course). PKRM vacation team were amazing and were always responsive. A+ customer service. You all helped make our son’s graduation trip a success and so much fun! Thank you!”
