Perdido Key Resort Management
4.52Visit website
Perdido Key Resort Management's guest rating of 4.52 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“We had a great time during our stay! The location is perfect - walkable to the beach but there is a shuttle that will take you as well. Only deducted one star as we had to mop the floor upon arrival, the smell from the trash in the garage which only gets picked up once a week, and we had to purchase toilet paper, laundry and dish tabs, cleaning supplies, etc. which I'm used to already having at Airbnbs. No other complaints - we had a lovely time and would book this place again. It was very spacious and we loved being able to lounge together or walk over to the beach.”airbnb

“This place had 1 set of towels in each bathroom. It reaked of trash. The master bedroom has a small bed. Not enough response from staff about what we needed. Price too high for what we received. My daughter stayed in 6608 and it was managed by the same company and her unit was dirty as well, the air did not work properly, she had very few towels in her unit too. It doesn’t make sense to give guest 1 set of towels for several days for guest.”airbnb

“This unit required physical keys, which had to be picked up from the rental company's office. Since it was a Sunday, I was given a code to access a lockbox outside the office to retrieve the keys. Unfortunately, there were no keys in the lockbox when we arrived for check-in. I had to call the emergency number. When I finally got through, I had to leave a message and wait for a callback. Fortunately, we received a call within 10 minutes. We then had to wait in the parking lot for about 20 minutes while someone came to provide us with the keys. We were able to get into the condo around 4:30 p.m., so it wasn't a terrible delay. However, after driving 13 hours, it was nerve-racking to arrive and be unable to access our unit. When we finally got inside, we found the condo to be quite dirty. The floors were grimy, there was used soap and someone's loofah left in the shower, and there was popcorn on the rug. It seemed as though the cleaning crew simply changed the linens and towels.”airbnb

“Great location. Good Price. Big Space. Our main critique was the washing machine was not clean, and the actual building inside the compound was hard to find in the dark.”airbnb

“One of the bedrooms comforters and pillow shams was dirty upon arrival, and there’s no extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap. I know this is common in these situations but the wasn’t even a full roll in the bathrooms left. Also, the private beach as they state in the booking is covered with rental umbrellas and chairs, they will not move them for you to be able to be waterfront. You are required to go to the public beach or rent their chairs and umbrellas unless you want to be at the back of the beach side with nothing but chairs and umbrellas for your view. We have little ones so we wanted to be close to the water, that’s not possible on the private beach here. We had to drive to public beach access to go to the beach and be able to enjoy it.”airbnb

“The condo was beautiful, very nice place be ready to bring trash bags as they provide 1. It is not beach front or the “beach” could not get in it, lots of bird poop, be ready to travel to eat or do anything it’s far away from everything even the beach.”airbnb

“Our family enjoyed our stay, the beach umbrella, chairs and toys were nice to have. The pool and facilities need to be cleaned, wished the tiki bar was open and had food available.”airbnb
