Luxury Coastal Vacations in Perdido Key, Florida

“1st time to this location/property. Liked location, property as pictured. Cooked most meals - but No spices/seasonings present. Selected property because I am disabled, needed short walks, no stairs. Never mentioned we would be chained into apt every night @ dusk & not allowed on pool deck/beach access gate until 9am every morning? Prkg costs extra but no instructions. Repeated msgs not replied until DAY OF while I was on the airplane! Significant frustration with checkin. Was offered to extend stay before & after - meaning the unit was available. Received a message that checkin instructions would be provided when room was ready, EARLY if possible. Received offer through rental to order groceries for 4pm delivery. Long story short, we did not get our checkin instructions early, sat in parking lot for an hour, perishable groceries were delivered but could not enter rental because did not have code. Tried app, phone #, text #, no response. Enjoyed time but would not stay again.”

“Of course the location was perfect, right on the Gulf, view was amazing. The place itself was very outdated; needs a lot of updates. The master bed is very old; definitely needs to be replaced; after a long day just wanted to crawl into a comfy bed and this was not it. Living room furniture was good. We sent a message 4 days prior to our arrival and asked if the TVs were smart TVs , never received a response. They are not smart TVs which was disappointing since we like to stream when unwinding.”

“I think it’s misleading to brand this spot as luxury. The elevators were broken, patio wasn’t accessible the first night of our stay (and all of the patio furniture was inside the condo), there was a film of sand covering the floor and sand in the bathtubs when we arrived, we had to bring our own paper towels/trash bags/dishwasher pods, only had two parking spots for a three bedroom condo and had to pay $70 for the third car and park 6 miles away, host was extremely delayed in response to inquiries or didn’t respond at all. The location on the beach was great, but otherwise this was not a great experience for our group.”

“Place is clean and it’s quiet. It takes about 20 minutes to get to orange beach/gulf shores. the gym is across the street and very small. the master bathroom has a very distinct mold smell. This place has no beach stuff,chairs, hardly enough dish soap pods etc. Also very frustrating that no one responded to my texts and calls till 4:05pm. i had no option for early check in because no one wanted to respond till i got a “do you want to extend your stay” text days later. had issues getting a parking pass so i had to call twice to get a answer. no pack and play or anything for children.”
