We drove over 12 hours to vacation in Orange Beach. I was sent an email from Luxury Coastal Vacations that stated that they would send us check-in instructions the day before our check-in or the day of. Check-in is at 4:00pm. They did not text us the code to get into the condo until right at 4:00. We did not request an early check-in, but as a planner I was frustrated not knowing what to do when we got there. I called and texted their number and they did not respond at all. The do not provide any tissues and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We had to go purchase more which we thought was odd. Finally, our washing machine did not work. This was very frustrating because having access to a washing machine is one advantage of staying at a condo as opposed to a hotel. We contacted them daily and they did not get it fixed for us nor did they offer any solution for us to do our laundry anywhere on the property. Overall, we enjoyed the beach but this company is terrible to work with

The photos did not match at all. We had selected a corner unit but had an inside unit. The furniture was completely different with the LR furniture looking like it was from a second hand store and very uncomfortable. We basically believe that it was a bait and switch. We will not be using this service again.

I think it’s misleading to brand this spot as luxury. The elevators were broken, patio wasn’t accessible the first night of our stay (and all of the patio furniture was inside the condo), there was a film of sand covering the floor and sand in the bathtubs when we arrived, we had to bring our own paper towels/trash bags/dishwasher pods, only had two parking spots for a three bedroom condo and had to pay $70 for the third car and park 6 miles away, host was extremely delayed in response to inquiries or didn’t respond at all. The location on the beach was great, but otherwise this was not a great experience for our group.

Weren’t very happy overall with our stay. Photos make the place look a little nicer than it is. Was only given 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a house that sleeps up to 13 guests. Lot of utensils and dishes weren’t clean. Ended up finding out behind the refrigerator had a roach infestation. Still haven’t heard back from the company regarding this issue.

The unit had roaches. The balcony patio furniture had sand fleas. The refrigerator water dispenser leaked water on the kitchen floor and nobody used it. Someone was smoking skunk weed in an adjoining unit and the smell permeated our unit. Definitely not worth the money and the management refused to provide a partial refund.

Staff slow to respond and unhelpful. Brought issues to them and was basically told they couldn't do anything about it. The condo was very nice and plan on reaching out to actual owners to advise them to consider new property management. I wish I had investigated LCV more. Seems they have a poor tract record of customer service. A phone arriving, the code that was provided to enter into the door to access. The elevator was wrong period we messaged the company and also called only to receive a recording. Management responded three days later. Workers were in the unit above us. Listening to extremely loud music on the balcony period when we complained. We were told that they didn't manage that unit, but there was no effort made in contacting the HOA which would govern such things. We were advised to contact the police! It really canceled out the reason we were there - to relax. Drain flies were noted in the unit. Master bath vent was extremely loud.

I booked this condo to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday with two other couples, mainly for the beachfront balcony. Shortly after booking, I was told the balcony was closed—one of the main reasons I chose this property. I was offered a “full refund,” but when I requested it, I was told I’d only receive $93 due to no insurance. After no response to follow-ups, I couldn’t afford the loss and kept the reservation. Upon arrival, patio furniture blocked the living area. There were no blinds or curtains in bedrooms—both fully visible from outside near the elevator. After two calls, blinds were installed hours later. Other issues included a broken TV remote, nonworking outlets, and inoperable ceiling fans, requiring maintenance visits. On checkout morning, housekeeping arrived 1.5 hours early and remained outside the door, creating an uncomfortable rush. When I booked this unit back in March we were looking forward to our stay. for unknown reasons it cancelled, we had to rebook, then it rained our room flooded. Our luggage got soaked and my toddler fell in the water! The master room has no lights aside from a few lamps! The help desk was clipped and a bit dry, the other was more helpful but still didn’t offer any other solution for the problems. Once maintenance got there he stated it was a reoccurring issue if it rained hard, dried it up and also stated he would speak to the owner regarding the issue, because it was ridiculous. The room flooded anytime it rains raises all kinds of safety concerns because no other condo i’ve stayed in floods like this one did just because of rain. It was all in the master room. Not a single person called back to check and make sure it was fixed or did a follow up!! When booking a reservation it is to have piece of mine and being able to relax. Don’t waste your hard earned money here!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I wanted to say some good things about this place but I'm afraid the major issue of mold in the ice and water dispenser was so horrendous that it tainted my whole trip. I had been using this for my whole families water source. The reason we noticed this is because there was a water leak in the freezer. I was ignored until I persisted. No one addressed the leak, they responded with "yes that's gross" I cried knowing my 9month old baby and 3 year old ingested all that mold. my vacation was an emotional wreck. this location and facility was wonderful so I'm really sad I cannot recommend due to ignorance and incompetence. if you saw the photos there is no way in hell you would spend your money on this condo.

This house is old school which i loved, the problem was listed 4 bedrooms, but tech only 2 real bedrooms, and could not find the 4th one until later when realized there was a key hanging in a door way to go out to balcony, to a room that also not a bedroom but likely storage room turned into a bedroom with bunkbeds. That was completely separate from the house itself. Contacted company was completely blown off. There were small children that were to stay in the room with bunkbeds, but unsafe situation. This is likely the worst experience with Airbnb I have had. I even asked them to rectify this, they would not respond.
