“I have no complaints about the condo at all. Though we had major issues communicating with Luxury Coastal Vacations. When we arrived, we looked for the parking passes right away. We checked every surface, every drawer and every cabinet. I called no less than 12 times, talked to 5 different people, sent many messages. We never received our passes, we did however receive a notice on our vehicle that it was going to be towed. So much for a stress free relaxing vacation. This COULD have been an easy fix.”

“Pros: location to beach and nice views from balcony. Nice that there are 2 entrances to balcony. Outdoor pool was nice! Cons: Indoor pool was extremely small and chemical smell was overwhelming. Advertising says comfortable for 10 people was not at all accurate.Maybe more like 6/8 Double bed horrible and bedrooms super small. Not hardly any walking room around bed. Couch was dirty and wore out. Has pull out sleeper that is in need to be replaced. When you try to pull out couch bed then you have to move a heavy coffee table that you have to find a spot for. Wi-Fi was horrible. Bedroom next to walkway-LOUD as you hear everything! Definitely smaller on inside than photos look. No walkway into condo- you open door and youre in a very small kitchen. Baseboards dirty. And outdoor grill needs replaced.”

“Home needs to be updated, cleaned, landscaping done, painted, and main fridge was broke. No one ever came to fix the freezer. Great place for younger college kids but not families or older adults”

“Very clean, beautiful, and newer home. We really enjoyed our stay overall. The only two things I would mention are that there was not a Pack ’n Play or crib available, even though we had included that in our search criteria. Also, there isn’t a walkway around the house or a convenient path to the water hose. If you rinse the sand off your feet, you still have to walk back through the sand to get to the entrance, so you end up needing to brush your feet off again at the door. Neither issue ruined our stay, but they would be helpful improvements for families with young children or anyone coming back from the beach.”

“Upon arriving at the condo we were granted an hour early check in, so that was wonderful after a 9 hour drive with a toddler. Once we entered the condo it had a rough smell, sorta like cigarette smoke. I had reached out to the host multiple times regarding different issues and never received a response back after we let them know we had checked in. The internet did not work, nor did the tv’s. The outdoor patio furniture is falling apart and the cushions are non existence. The master shower has mold on the ceiling and the other shower needs the liner replaced it is disgusting i felt icky showering in the condo. The condo itself could use some maintenance the cabinets are losing their paint and look rough. The dryer also barely worked, it would need to be turned on 3 times to dry a couple items. we did check the lint tray. The condo was also very dirty, you walked around for a few minutes and your felt were black. If we could have got a refund we would have stayed elsewhere.”

“We had a great time in Pensacola. This was our second time staying at this location. Everything about the unit was great aside from mold that was in the bathrooms. There was a total of 7 of us that stayed and each morning we all were waking up with sore throats that would then go away when we were outside. We didn’t experience this last time so hopefully it’s something they can fix because everything else was great.”

“We enjoyed the place. It was nice. No plug in outlets worked in either bathroom! Lamp next to recliner didn’t work. Changed bulb no change ! I unplugged. With no icemaker atleast could have ice trays! Recliner popping when you release it down all this was already this way when we arrived so I messaged twice just to make sure these things were noted so I wouldn’t be charged. Other than those few things we enjoyed the stay. It would’ve been nice to have more tv channels I couldn’t watch baseball wildcard games need more sports n movie channels. Not the end of the world but would’ve been nice. Had a great time. Thank you Jerry Gossett 10/3/26”

“We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house if being on the Gulf is the priority. The location and views are great. The big deck, railings for children and pets, chairs overlooking the Gulf, large open living area, spacious kitchen and convenient beach hose are all excellent features. That said, potential guests should know that the house is showing wear and needs updating. Much of the floor is spongy, and the vinyl flooring is warped, split and cracked. The sofa and mattresses are worn and lack support, and there are numerous maintenance and finishing issues throughout, including rusty vents, dirty doors, unfinished trim and drywall, and well-used mismatched cookware. There is also no vent hood over the cooktop, so cooking odors linger. It seems that the 500+ nightly price is primarily for the location, beachfront access and Gulf views. If you want high-end furnishings and polished finishes, you may be disappointed. If beachfront location and views matter most, this is it.”

“Host responsive once during the stay after response was super delayed. Then the only response was “is this still a problem”… well if you haven’t come to fix it I would think it’s probably still a problem. Ice maker, oven, keurig and washing machine didn’t work. We ended up getting the washing machine to work however we had to stay in the condo to ensure when it cut off we could cut it back on to finish the cycle. So this took away from our “vacation” time. Will not stay with this company again.”
