“My family and I enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house, relaxing beach that was never crowded. What more could you want?!?!”

“This property is listed as a “luxury” property and while it is nice, it is not truly luxury. I expect a home as pricey as this to have the small details to set it apart and make it worth spending more on it. This one has lots of little things that have not been tended to with care. For example, we had two bathroom hand towels in the master. I don’t want to have to wash towels when I’m spending as much as we did. There’s a lot in the kitchen but so much of it was hard to find because it’s just all over the place. We found over 20 kitchen knives but only one was sharp enough to use! Dishwasher sounds like an airplane and an electric cooktop?!! The porches do not have any shade so while they look directly on the ocean they are too hot to enjoy in the summer. The outside shower is not private so basically it’s a place to rinse our feet, not actually bathe. And why in the world would someone not put a half bathroom on the ground floor? We had a good time but would hesitate to stay again”

“We visit Shipwatch Building D annually, but had never stayed in 603. It was lovely. Great great beach view and very peaceful. The place felt newly refreshed and very clean. I cook breakfast every morning and the kitchen had everything I needed. The place even had an electric tea kettle and that really speaks to me as a tea drinker - not having to flush the coffee taste out of a Keurig means the world to this traveler. Everything worked great and we will definitely try to book 603 for next year's beach trip.”

“Lovely and impressive home! Well stocked kitchen and had everything you need for the beach. Beautiful views, we enjoyed the patio off the master suite. The furniture was comfortable. Outdoor shower was fantastic. We had a wonderful family vacation! There is not a bathtub, however shower heads are detachable. The bedroom with two twins is at the very top without bathroom access, the nearest bathroom being the master suite. This worked fine for our family with little kids bc no one used that room. Would be fine for older kids able to run down the steps to the other bathroom.”
