“We were excited to stay here because the listing specifically mentioned that boating enthusiasts would appreciate the boat launch, first-come, first-serve boat docks, and marina amenities. There was absolutely no mention in the listing that bringing a boat would require purchasing additional passes for both the boat and trailer. When we arrived, we were informed that we had to pay an extra $100 for the boat and another $100 for the trailer—a $200 surprise expense that should have been clearly disclosed. The condo itself is very nice, but if you’re planning to bring a boat be aware of this.”

“The condo itself was beautifully decorated, very clean, and in a great location. We were really impressed with the overall appearance and comfort of the space. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was that the internet did not work during our stay. We were told it would be resolved, but it never was. Since reliable Wi-Fi was important for our trip, this was a major inconvenience and disappointing considering the assurances we received. If the internet issue is fixed, this would otherwise be a wonderful place to stay.”

“We loved how close we were to flora bama. We loved the small condo feel. We weren’t over crowded with people on the beach. The balcony was huge. We sat out there so much and it was very accommodating for everyone. The amenities at the bay side are nice to know about for future booking. The furniture and decor were so pretty and comfy. We felt right at home. We will definitely try to book again in the future.”
