Manager Review

Liquid Life

Liquid Life's guest rating of 4.66 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

We were excited to stay here because the listing specifically mentioned that boating enthusiasts would appreciate the boat launch, first-come, first-serve boat docks, and marina amenities. There was absolutely no mention in the listing that bringing a boat would require purchasing additional passes for both the boat and trailer. When we arrived, we were informed that we had to pay an extra $100 for the boat and another $100 for the trailer—a $200 surprise expense that should have been clearly disclosed. The condo itself is very nice, but if you’re planning to bring a boat be aware of this.

We were standing in the hot sun for one hour 30 minutes at check-in. All our biscuits had melted together . All of our ice cream and popsicles melted And our groceries was not to put in the refrigerator. It was very embarrassing standing out while the other vacationers try to help us with keeping us cool until we figured out how to get into our unit. Also locked out again for three hours the next morning after check in. My small kids and myself was locked outside of our room because the code did not work the next day. It took 3 to 4 hours for the team to communicate on fixing the issue. Animal hair all on the sofa and carpet and bedrooms The icemaker did not make any ice. Ice is very necessary for the beach. The air conditioner would cool for a few hours and stop cooling. I assume that’s why you guys have fans in the unit because you was aware of the AC problem. No instructions for using the elevator No instructions for locating the unit This trip was totally not with my family exp

The floors were dirty. My grandkids feet were black. Housekeeping never came to clean them. Wrapper was found under bunk bed that should have been noticed when changing sheets. I feel like for a thousand a night things should have been better.

Overall, we had a great stay and this house worked really well for our group. The biggest highlight was definitely having the beach right in the backyard. We also appreciated the beach items available on the patio for guests to use and even added a few things ourselves. The house was clean overall and had plenty of room for a larger group. Check-in was the only frustrating part because we didn’t receive the door code by 4 PM and the first code we were sent didn’t work, so we weren’t able to access the house until closer to 5. There were also a few small maintenance/cosmetic things we noticed (soft spots in the floor near a back door, a loose microwave handle, stained stair carpet, and a few walls that could use cleaned and touch-up paint), but none of these impacted our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our trip, would stay here again, and would recommend it to others.

Nice view and place was clean. We enjoyed our stay. Only issue we had Dishwasher did not work and we asked them to fix it. We stayed a week notified them on day one and they never showed up to fix it when they said they would send someone out multiple times. We had to Handwash dishes whole time on vacation, but other than that,We had a Great Time!

The condo itself was beautifully decorated, very clean, and in a great location. We were really impressed with the overall appearance and comfort of the space. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was that the internet did not work during our stay. We were told it would be resolved, but it never was. Since reliable Wi-Fi was important for our trip, this was a major inconvenience and disappointing considering the assurances we received. If the internet issue is fixed, this would otherwise be a wonderful place to stay.

Condo was very clean!! Great location!! Great outdoor furniture/seating options. Not enough communication around parking passes. Could not find anything specific on the check-in instructions that were emailed or in the app. We noticed this was a common problem at the property. Pool area was beautiful but there was lots of sand in the pool. Mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and unit looked older than advertised pics. Glass sliding door did not lock on balcony.

This house does not looks like the pictures you see on here. The interior of the house is nasty dirty and dusty but the worst part is the backyard(which is why we booked it in the first place!) there’s piles of dead leaves everywhere PILES and fall season left long ago! It’s the end of April and they haven’t cleaned this house in who knows how long! It’s moldy. They charged me an extra $70 fee for heating the pool and the pool was never warm! They said something probably broke but before booking it I literally asked is the pool heater working properly? Because I want the pool to be warm and I specifically asked them if the hot tub worked properly and they said “everything works as it should”..Well NOTHING WORKED! Not the hot tub, not the pool heater. There was spiderwebs all over the place, master bathroom had brown-ish splashed on the walls and baseboard. We booked this property ahead of time to celebrate our twins b-day as a family, to spend time on the pool,💔No response so far

I wouldn’t stay here again due to Liquid Life’s lack of customer service. We arrived at 6p on a Thursday after picking up groceries on our way only to find the code did not work. I contacted Liquid Life, and the worker tried to change the code 3 times over the phone with no success. The support worker stated they’d contact maintenance — an ETA was asked for, and was not provided until >1h after the call. After waiting 2.5 hours sitting on the floor outside the condo, a tech came, saw the codes didn’t work, and ultimately used a master code and reset the keyless door lock. Due to the inconvenience and ruined plans for the night, I asked for a partial refund or some sort of resolution. The support tech stated they would speak to the tech and let me know if this was feasible after their conversation. I did not receive a response again that night and messaged the host through the Airbnb app requesting a resolution Friday and again Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday with no genuine response.

The first night of my vacation the box spring on one side of the bed was noisy. I called the number they provided the next morning and was told someone would be out that day to check it out. Nobody showed up that day and I emailed the address provided. This was Wednesday and they said someone from maintenance would be out Sunday to check it out. Someone did show up on Sunday. They said a new box spring would be delivered on Monday. It was not delivered. I emailed again Tuesday and I was told a new box spring would be delivered Wednesday. It was delivered as promised. We will not be staying at any of their properties. 7 nights of our vacation out of 10 with a noisy box spring. No excuse !!!!!
