When we arrived, we felt as if they just turned the home around because there were a few things that seemed off— no comforter on our bed (it was still in the dryer), some of the blankets had stains and leftover hair, 1 bathroom had no tissue. When we reached out, mgmt seemed bothered we had but wanted to resolve it right then at 10p. We lost power 2x while there for 4 days. Not the biggest deal but what made it unfair was that they knew about it but never alerted us. We had to contact them. They responded “oh yeah a few of our properties did too”. 🙄 Pros: Drive to beach, grocery stores, & places to eat were not too bad. Washer and dryer made things easier for us. Had plenty kitchen items.

It was a cute house and close to everything around… however, there were multiple things that needed renovation such as shower handle in first bathroom, ceiling is warped due to water damage, AC unit doesn’t work to its full potential. Lack of utensils for cooking, no strainer, kitchen handle for sink couldn’t go all the way back. Some Airbnbs have books of things to do or restaurants to eat at, and there was a lack of that. Make sure you buy extra toilet paper and trash bags if staying for more than 2 days. Also no spices or salt and pepper. Little niche things you would find at other places were not at this one.

The best part was the big back yard and big pool. Screened in porch wasn’t the nicest. You may want to bring forks and hangers if you have more than a few people since they do not have dressers in the bigger rooms. Also, the hallway bathroom had a horrible smell. They did come and look twice, we stopped using the toilet and it was ok. I looked back and see that many comments said the same thing, I’m assuming it’s an on going problem. Was inconvenient for the short time and I did reach out, just kept saying sorry for the inconvenience.

My family drove all the way from Illinois to stay at the residence for our very first family vacay! It was decorated very nice we loved the beachy theme. It was nice and welcoming and made us feel at home! We traveled with 8 kids and they absolutely loved the pool and how close of a drive it was to the beach! We will definitely be planning another family trip to Florida and staying at this house again!
