“Walkable location and beautiful view (except for the drained pool that was under construction). Before we booked there was an asterisk in the listing regarding elevator and balcony construction. We reached out and they assured us all construction was complete, so we booked. When we arrived, we were sad to find the large pool completely drained with construction tape around it. Had no idea that would be unusable and obviously on vacation you’re hoping to sit by the pool. We still sat by the small one but could hear the construction the whole time so it wasn’t very relaxing. Anyway that was just a bummer. View and balcony are worth it only if they can assure you all other amenities will be available. Also the amount of emailed instructions is a lot. I had to sort through so many to remember the checkin instructions and building codes.”
