“This townhome was a great experience! It has its own private beach on the soundside which is perfect for anyone, especially small children. Condo was clean, plenty of room for 8 people. Master bed and bathroom were the best!”

“A beautiful place in a beautiful location! The only complaint I have is that there could’ve been more toilet paper/supplies. Also the golf cart is not available for guest use, even though it is implied that it is in the description. I’m aware that it recommends that guest bring extra towels / toilet paper, but I think for the price of the place it would be nice if they would provide it.”

“Cleaning was bad, dirtiness of floors, broken glass in master room where I gashed my ft&outside b4 the bush is where my 6yr also got cut frm glass, made walkin unpleasant. tacky hair spray on the 3rd floor proof no one mopped. Checkin took multiple attempts in over 4hrs 2 get a response w/lock code, which during text I informed them that the app they had me2download was not registering acct, we finally got a response after 9pm w/the code2get inside. it wasn't until after I got a text on my last nigh that the app had checkout instructions that I needed to check out&thats when they decided it was convenient2 set up an acct than the comfort for us as I didn't know we had beach service&contact 4 umbrellas&chairs, I wasted 1/2 day getting umbrellas since they 'provided' it. we couldn't have guest over cuz some1 parked in our extra spot,& was told if u parked elsewhere we'd get towed@our expenses. Seemed I was a bother when I text, instead of resolving issues or providing customer service.”

“Pros: Nice view of the ocean, lots of rooms, balconies, and beds. Close to town for food and necessities. Close to the public beach. Everything was very comfortable. Check in and check out were very easy and clearly communicated. Cons: Upstairs shower doesn’t drain well at all, hot water ran out on the second day of the stay. Dishes weren’t clean when we got there. Overall I think it was a great place to stay, but I would feel better about it at a lower price.”
