“Beach access is not directly across from property as we expected. Lock was broke on sliding door leading to balcony, host was notified and maintenance never came and fixed it as they were supposed to. We had younger children that we worried about being able to slide the door open.”airbnb

“The condo is cute, view is beautiful, and the updated bathrooms were spotless, however the actual complex and pool area need significant maintenance. This area is nice as it is quieter & less crowded. There is a small, but wonderful grocery store with coffee bar and sandwich shop right across the street. There are also many restaurants an easy drive away. I was disappointed that we asked for early check-in and were initially told we would be notified as soon as it was ready. Even though we noted the cleaning crew left at least 1 1/2 hours prior to check in, we did not receive the entry code until after check-in time and only after I texted the office. We also got locked out after brunch one morning and it took multiple conversations and an extensive amount of time waiting in the heat for the management company to figure out this situation. (The lock out was completely our fault but the bottom handle lock definitely needs to be changed to a non-locking, flip handle).”airbnb

“The view the beach and pool were beautiful. All the appliances were new and functioned well. Place is definitely dated older living room furniture that I probably would not want to sleep on since they weren’t that comfortable to sit on. One extra set of sheets that were rolled up in master bedroom closet. Bed while very comfortable only had a thread bare comforter over the sheets. No additional blankets to be found anywhere. Also no amenities that I usually find when I rent Airbnbs such as salt/pepper left over spices garbage bags wine glasses. States it sleeps 4 but the only bathroom is located in the master bedroom so unless you’re counting kids I would not recommend 4 adults. While there were some beach chairs they were old and rusted so I would recommend renting which’s runs $50 a day for two chairs and an umbrella. Overall the stay was mostly pleasant also because weather was nice I would not choose to stay here in the future at least not the 8 days we did”airbnb

“Perfect beach trip at this condo. The place obviously has amazing views and is decorated beautifully and really clean, but one thing people often overlook is hangout spaces. I have stayed in places that sleep 11 but could only seat four (uncomfortably) in the living room. Our whole crew could hang out together after a day in the sun. Thank you for thinking of this when designing the space!”airbnb
