Beach access is not directly across from property as we expected. Lock was broke on sliding door leading to balcony, host was notified and maintenance never came and fixed it as they were supposed to. We had younger children that we worried about being able to slide the door open.

The condo is cute, view is beautiful, and the updated bathrooms were spotless, however the actual complex and pool area need significant maintenance. This area is nice as it is quieter & less crowded. There is a small, but wonderful grocery store with coffee bar and sandwich shop right across the street. There are also many restaurants an easy drive away. I was disappointed that we asked for early check-in and were initially told we would be notified as soon as it was ready. Even though we noted the cleaning crew left at least 1 1/2 hours prior to check in, we did not receive the entry code until after check-in time and only after I texted the office. We also got locked out after brunch one morning and it took multiple conversations and an extensive amount of time waiting in the heat for the management company to figure out this situation. (The lock out was completely our fault but the bottom handle lock definitely needs to be changed to a non-locking, flip handle).

We were excited to stay and use the amenities. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with its condition. The home did not appear to have been properly cleaned prior to our arrival and did not meet the standard advertised in the listing. The issues we found included: • A dirty jacuzzi that is not currently usable
• A dirty pool that appears not to have been properly maintained
• A bag of dirty wash cloths left in the closet
• A damaged and unsanitary shower curtain
• General cleanliness concerns throughout the property Also, there were insects throughout the house. (Dead and alive) We took photos documenting all of these issues upon arrival. I really wish that I could insert them. It’s crazy because they have good reviews so we definitely wasn’t expecting it to be the way that it was or maybe some people are just cleaner than others. The only good part is that we received a little over half of our money back but I wouldn’t have paid a dollar to stay at this home.

The view the beach and pool were beautiful. All the appliances were new and functioned well. Place is definitely dated older living room furniture that I probably would not want to sleep on since they weren’t that comfortable to sit on. One extra set of sheets that were rolled up in master bedroom closet. Bed while very comfortable only had a thread bare comforter over the sheets. No additional blankets to be found anywhere. Also no amenities that I usually find when I rent Airbnbs such as salt/pepper left over spices garbage bags wine glasses. States it sleeps 4 but the only bathroom is located in the master bedroom so unless you’re counting kids I would not recommend 4 adults. While there were some beach chairs they were old and rusted so I would recommend renting which’s runs $50 a day for two chairs and an umbrella. Overall the stay was mostly pleasant also because weather was nice I would not choose to stay here in the future at least not the 8 days we did

It’s the view that sells the property. Overall it was fine. Disappointed in the lack of amenities. Example no complimentary anything. Barely enough trash bags, 2 soaps for laundry short on toilet paper, no coffee, no condiments, not even water bottles. Just my opinion but I hoped for a little more items. Especially in kitchen.

The stay was amazing, it was exactly like the pictures and descriptions. We really enjoyed our stay here, we felt right at home! Although, we did come across some issues. When we arrived we noticed the balcony was still very sandy. Communication was a little difficult and ineffective. As you would imagine vacations sometimes run on a tight schedule. There some issues with the place and maintenance did not work with our schedule. After washing some clothes at the end of our trip, we learned that the dryer was not working, which led us to spend money at the laundromat. The host did mention something about a man coming to fix the toilet and dryer but I was confused since those weren’t the things we asked to get fixed. The maintenance man did not come at the time I would’ve want him to come and it was taking away from our trip so we gave up on it. I loved this place, but I believe the these issues should’ve been fixed before we got there. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I would recomme

Communication must be through their property manager. The AirBnB message doesn’t initiate a response.

Enjoyed our stay and the house was beautiful. There were a few questions I asked prior to the stay with unclear answers that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by asking. Master bath was also out of hand soap and had to inquire about door code upon arrival despite receiving a text saying they would send it. Very minor things and overall we loved our stay.

The positives: the place was beautiful, very clean, and in a quiet neighborhood very close to the ocean. Really could not of asked for a better place to stay. The negatives: the communication started off well enough, but upon arrival we hadn’t received the code to get into our rental. So I messaged the number given to us, and was given a number which did not work, I had told them it didn’t work and they didn’t respond for roughly 20 min, which they then gave me 3 more numbers to try, none of which worked, and again they stopped responding. So we tried calling the number which took 3 or 4 attempts to get them to answer. They finally answered and we were told to keep communicating with the person we were texting with, we told the person we were talking to on the phone that the person we were communicating with through text was not answering, she just told us she was sorry but to just to keep communicating with them. That was it! Luckily, we got in after over an hour.

Great location but the place could have been cleaner. Some of the pans were dirty as was the Kuerig and the coffee pot had a mold filled filter. The other issue was loss of Wi-Fi. We had 4 children and one parent working remotely. Eventually got it back but it was spotty at best.
