“The location was great with a short walk to the beach. We loved the space, game room, and pool too. The elevator never worked which made it hard to carry our luggage and groceries up the stairs. The places needed a little TLC. several bathroom faucets leaked, we fixed main floor toilet that kept running, and the master bed desperately needed extra cushion. You could feel the boards. The livingroom rug was pretty stained. It is too nice of a place and too expensive to not take care of these things.”

“Overall we had a decent experience at this rental. Be aware, they definitely will not let you enter the property early. It appears the check in information is automated for release to the renter at 5:00 pm. We found several maintenance issues with the property that we reported via the text system they require. "Greg" responded someone would be out promptly to address those issues but we didn't see anyone until the day before we left. Their maintenance gentleman was courteous, capable and genuinely interested in solving those issues. Also be aware the ladder at the end of the dock is barnacle encrusted, making it unusable.”

“The house was located on a beautiful beach. Very clean, very nice neighborhood. The beach felt very private. The only complaint is the pool and hot tub did not work the first 2 days we were there. They did solve the issue but we were unable to use pool or hot tub the first night and all day the second day of our stay.”

“The house is beautiful & a short walk from the beach. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby - it’s a great location. We did notice some roaches in the house, which I know is hard to avoid in FL, but I definitely could’ve done without that. They wanted an extra $55 per day to heat the pool, and it must be heated the entire stay. That felt ridiculous after paying 5k for 5 nights. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, but I don’t think it’s worth 1k per night.”
