“Lights and fan didn’t work for a day and a half. Couldn’t sleep and although they sent a technician this place did NOT meet our expectations. No amenities such as hand soap or even trash bags were provided. Back door never closed properly letting in humidity and bugs. We felt unsafe as a group of girls. WiFi was in and out. The company itself didn’t care to try and accommodate the rest of our needs. They ask a lot for checkout yet can’t provide any basics. Golf cart was SO complicated to figure out they didn’t get the right info. Any calls to them were dropped or they just spoke to us like they didn’t care. Overall I wouldn’t stay here, there are plenty of other properties with great hosts. Do not recommend at ALL”

“Our stay here was wonderful! Exceptionally clean unit, comfortable beds and linens, and a great neighborhood. The bikes and golf cart were a great addition to our stay! There is no direct beach access so the golf cart was perfect for traveling down the road to Deer Lake State Park and Walton Dunes public access. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas were also provided. The property was also great for traveling with our dog with plenty of green space and wooded area to the back of the house. The community also provided pet clean up stations throughout the neighborhood.”
