“The property was very nice, but we were very disappointed overall. The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Upon arrival, we noticed the pool was extremely dirty. We also found a rat in the pool filter. We called and requested that the pool be cleaned, but it never happened. The first floor was also covered with ants, which was a huge inconvenience. Additionally, the bathroom door on the first floor had a faulty lock, and the sink on the top floor was clogged and drained very slowly. Overall, the condo itself was very nice, but because of the issues described above, we were very dissatisfied with our stay.”

“This unit desperately needs some love/work! It is an older unit which I get, but the walls were nasty, a lot of the furniture was falling apart, the bathtub (is older ) bit it just looks so gross and not clean! The king bed was absolutely awful!!!! You could feel all the springs in it and the box springs all squeaked really loud with every move u make!!!! When we first got in the room it alphas a really really bad musty smell! Like I said I get that it’s an older unit and I’m ok with that but the upkeep could be better!!!”

“The house is exactly as pictured and is a 5 to 10 minute walk from the beach. While the house felt overall clean, it became apparent by the bottoms of our feet that the floor was rather dirty. There were also a ton of flies that we could never seem to get rid of in the kitchen, even though we diligent about keeping the doors closed. For a beach house, the house is not well equipped for a beach vacation. The wagon, the umbrella, and several chairs were very worn and/or broken. There were also no beach towels provided so come prepared. There was also no body soap or shampoo provided in the bathrooms and the kitchen lacked basic cooking supplies like salt and pepper. This house is not a bargain so I expected a little more for the cost.”

“we're a few minor problems...loose shower head came off in my hand, in master bath. toilet wasn't taking stuff down when flushed, the chain inside toilet tank was adjusted too long. washer left my white clothing tinted Grey, had to bleach them when I got home. not enough kitchen towels or dishcloths., no screen on balcony doors. and only one elevator working all the time.”
