“The condo was nice, comfortable, and in a great beachfront location. Communication was good, and the unit had everything we needed. However, be sure to read the fine print regarding weather-related cancellations. We were there when Hurricane Isaias arrived, and our last night coincided with the storm. Although a voluntary evacuation order was in effect, we chose to leave early for safety reasons and were glad we did given the significant damage and historic storm surge that followed. Because the evacuation was not mandatory, the management company would not refund our unused final night. When we asked what would happen if we stayed and later could not safely leave, we were told, “Let’s cross that bridge if we get to it.” Ironically, we were also asked to bring balcony furniture inside because it could become dangerous in high winds. The property itself was enjoyable, but the company's handling of the situation left us feeling that policy was prioritized over guest safety.”

“The property was pristine. The location was perfect. The condominium was wonderfully appointed and had everything we could need. 2010 is a corner unit and was tastefully decorated. The view of the gulf was stunning and we truly did not want to leave! We certainly hope to return again soon!”
